There were many staff at work cleaning and maintaining. None were idle. Location was fun and beautiful and easy access to the best area of the historical center. We loved our nightly, complimentary martini and breakfasts! Thank you everyone!

Great location. Bed and pillows little too soft for my personal taste. Unfortunately going out the back entrance of room 3 went right to trash and smoking area. Enjoyed our free cocktail and breakfast. Good service.

Dislikes… cottage was very warm when we checked in and it took quite awhile to cool down the inside. Also, batteries were dead in TV remotes and hard to operate.

The property was nice shower and future. I like how we had our own entrance. I wish that they had a refrigerator to keep things cold. I wish that parking was a little easier to find.

Our room #3 was just in horrible condition. Our confirmation was for a Deluxe room with Queen bed we got a room in horrible condition with a FULL bed. We stayed last year and room was excellent this year the room was horrible so we would probably not use Expedia again or stay at this hotel EVER. Also we could not access the closet which was blocked by an oversized chair had to have staff remove from room so we could use closet. Walls were in horrible condition

I liked the location, however, it was challenging finding it, couldn’t see the hotel sign. It is old and needs a lot of upkeep. The room was right on the street, like a motel so it was noisy. On the bright side, liked their free martini and breakfast.

Parking not good.
The hotel itself was ok, service was great. Martini bar was not good but breakfast was great. The issue I have is not being able to park our motorcycle which means we were unable to use it as it was on our truck.

We regret that we fell short of your expectations and were unable to accomodate driveway parking for your motorcycle. As the driveway is very active with delivery drivers and other guests' arriving and departing we felt it was an unsafe location for your motorcycle due to the activity back there. In the future please contact us ahead of your arrival so that we may make special accommodations for a secondary vehicle.

If you try this place, make SURE you do not get room 3. It's in the bottom corner of the main building, and it's lierally a hole in the wall. Tiny, windows are whited out (so now view of anything), and a sense of drab. I asked for another room & they accomodated me, thus the 4 star rating for staff. Though they had to put me in room 8 for the 1st night & Room 29 on a different property the next. P.S. Do NOT take room 8 either. It was indeed an upgrade from Room 3. Much larger and roomier, and on the 2nd floor. The bed, however, squeeled with every movement..... Not much romance happened our 1st night there.Not to mention the noise comming from the Tiny Martini patrons until 1PM. The following day we switched to Room 29, which is across the allyway in a sections called "Secret Gardens" It started out to be rather quaint & quieter. The rooms are newly decorated & cleaner. Little did we know that things would get louder & rowdier later in the night. There's a live music venue 2 doors down that hosts liquer and loud music... again not much in the way of romance nor sleep. So we decided to check out around 11pm, and head home where we knew we could get a good nights sleep. All I can say is, unless you're a die hard partier, stay somewhere else!

The Inn is charming. On site bar is lively and nicely decorated. Bartender was attentive and martinis were good. Parking is off site, but they have a spot to pull in to unload. Rooms are spacious. Beds are comfortable. Receptionist was very friendly. Great location. I’d stay here again

Great stay
We stayed one night to celebrate our anniversary. We arrived early so our room was not ready so we were told we would get a text when it was; we didn’t. Otherwise the location and accommodations were wonderful. The room was more than adequate and clean. As part of our stay we got two complimentary martinis and breakfast for the next morning. We will come back again.

La localización es excelente, pero el cuarto no fue lo que esperaba, comparado con las fotos del web. La localización del cuarto me sentí parte de la cocina con la entrada y salida de los empleados y área de descarga. El aire de ventana sucio y un ruido horrible todo el tiempo. La cama full (súper pequeña) y lugar incómodo para incorporate a la cama me di varios golpes con las esquinas de la cama. El lavamanos tapado, el grifo roto, adicional pise el borde del la entrada del baño y tiene clavos altos (no puntiagudos pero se sintió en mi pie). Todo el lugar te sientes como apretado, tiene muchas cosas grandes en un lugar pequeño. En el tiki bar deberían tener picadura. En la mañana en el restaurante, el desayuno bueno, pero los vasos y cubiertos sucios y manchados. Tuve que pedirle al mesero cubierto desechables. Nadie me orientó a donde estaban los jardines ni nada. Solo supe donde estaba la barra y las mesas del restaurante. Eso si los tickets por la estadía buenos. El parking queda lejos.

Very cute room and comfortable bed. Enjoyed the porch and Christmas lights. Location was convenient to shopping, coffee, and Nights of Lights. Could have been cleaner (floors, corners, details such as very dusty bathroom shell mirror). Shower needs repair, as some of the knobs did not work. We were only there for one night so it was adequate for our stay. Staff was very welcoming and friendly.
