« luxury period house nice and comfortable. It is quite small and cosy But very very quite so guests tended to talk very low and the atmosphere was a bit stiff , nice to go if your looking for a bit of peace and quiet. The breakfast: I had pancakes off the hot food menu, they were inedible , soggy and burnt . continental buffet small but what was on offer was fresh. breads were not nice, cheap sliced pan toast, and plain soda bread , no other healthy options . No tea or coffee making facilities ...

«we stayed twice, once on day of arrival in Ireland and once on day of leaving. The only problem was that we arrived late at night and it was very difficult to find in the dark as there was no sign visible from the main road. We had to rely on someone from the garage next door to direct us. On our second visit we found it easily of course. Some sort of lighting by the entrance at night would be helpful. »
