For the money you pay, I would expect a bit more small things like a candle on the table, place to cook. The coffee machine was not working and it was not super clean, there were coffee marks next to the bed. «Five friends and I stayed at the Mill House in May 2023. The host, Daniel, was simply a delight to meet and chat with, and gave us some really good recommendations for site-seeing which we were able to use further into our trip. The Mill House is very large, and we loved having the huge kitchen and living areas. The bathrooms were a bit dicey to be honest, but what can you expect in an historic house? «We spent a week in the coach house and had a wonderful time. It’s a quiet place close to the sea and beach. Just a short drive to Waterford and the larger city. We did use the coach house as the basecamp for our exploration of Irelands ancient east, perfect for a trip to Hooks head, Wexford, Dunmore east, fantastic walk along country roads btw, and also hiking in the hills.
