«Was a cute room. Its not the biggest or nicest place, but it was perfect for my one night in Hampton Beach. Room was clean, felt comfortable and safe, and had a nice deck area to hang outside on and watch the ocean and sunrise. »

«The property is located across the street from a large beach parking lot — in fact, this parking lot is where you’ll need to park. The area seemed very safe, and the staff are super-friendly and helpful. There is no elevator, so be prepared to manage a few steps. Our room was clean and worked just fine for us. The bed was very comfortable, but the furnishings could use an update (i.e. need nightstands). It’s beachy, and we had a nice 1-night stopover on a very long roadtrip. »

«Hotel was good value for money and in a nice area with easy access to lots of restaurants etc. coffee and tea available at all times and muffins in the morning. It was very worn but clean and super quiet. We would stay again when in area. Staff was very nice and even located us to return a dropped credit card and deliver extra towels.»

«Staff and location were great. Parking was a little off since it’s on a Main Street and people don’t stop. I was sad to see the pool not operational, but the room was super clean and quiet. Beds were comfy dressed nicely. AC was tip top and the room kept us cool during night-night. Result; will certainly stay here again. »
