«This property is very nice considering its reasonable price. It’s not right in the middle of the downtown museums/attractions but we were able to walk to most everything we wanted to see with less than a 15-20 minute walk. There are some fun restaurants/bars within a 5 minute walk. We had great and timely communication with the property owner and we had no issues during the stay. Highly recommend for anyone looking to experience downtown Philadelphia. Thanks!»

«I was in town for my 2 daughters' dance competiton. This property was located right down the block from the OCEAN resort/casino. Easily accessible to the boardwalk. I don't recommend walking around at night as it doesn't seem safe. My overall experience was great. This property was awesome, kids loved it, and we had our family dog with us. I'd stay here again.»

«My husband and I decided to take a little getaway. Location is terrific and having access to a parking spot that I don’t have to pay for was great. The place was clean. The locks on the door needs to be replaced. We constantly had to contact the owner to let us in. Fortunately, they were always available to let us in.»

«We are selling our home at home and went away for the weekend to be out of the way. This was perfect and great that we could bring our dog with us. Just enough space. Wish weather was nicer so we could enjoy the outside space. Owner was very responsive and accommodating to our check in and check out times. Highly recommend.»

«We had an amazing stay at the quiet cabin. Jim & Effie were great hosts.Jim was even got my shy teen to come out of his shell alittle by the end of our stay! Jim greeted us with fresh eggs and muffins we took a tour of the trails on the property our pups loved the space to run and play even taking advantage of some swim time at the pond on the property.
