«This is an oasis in the center of Turku! Walking distance to all thats worth a visit in this wonderful city. This family home was built in 1902 and turned into a hotel in the 80's. A talented designer has kept the style that takes you back a hundred years. A glass of vine in the lobby backed by classical music...... What can be more relaxing after an evening in the city? Sorry we missed the hotel parrot (passe away in December 2018) It was known to speak two languages! »

«I ordered wakeup call 05.00 am in the morning,because i had two flight to catch on my way from Finland. But no reception call in the morning. Lucky for me,i wake up 05.15 for a pee,so i hurry to the airport and reach my first flight from Finland. I told the reception what happen if dont wake up? and loose my both flights?? Pilot Airport Hotel will then have to by me new tickets,and that will have cost them a lot of euro. But i have heard nothing from them. At least the should give me a refund ...

«This was our third visit (staying in hotel / apartments / cabins) at Holiday Club Saimaa and also our last visit. We have had also many day trips (using SPA). The hotel / resort needs upgrading and new management. In our rooms some lights were not working and you could resister the same in many places. No light in ironing room etc. The housekeeping service was rubbish and the room was not so clean. The housekeeping did not take out empty bottles, dirty coffee cups, did not change bed clothes ...
