«The property was undergoing renovations, so access to the hotel room with luggage was difficult and parking was in another building, but it was indoors and free. Communications around the pool maintenance was non existent and the man in charge was an idiot.»

«The house was clean upon arriving; the cleaning crew was still there at 3 and we couldn’t check in until 4. The property was as stated in the listing. The only issue we had was the front door lock was not working properly and after 2 emails we still never heard back from the home owner… We had a great time and will rent it again- maybe this summer.»

Our Familymoon started out perfect with this living space and the sound of the creek just behind the house was the best. Owners had great communication, place was clean, and it was not too far from activities.»

Beautiful front porch next to lilac bush allowed for early morning coffee with some deer walking by. Host was very accommodating and very easy to talk with. Can’t recommend this rental high enough!!»

«Great house. I stayed with my boyfriend and one small dog. The pet fee was very reasonable and I really appreciate that. My little dog had diabetes and I do not want to leave her difficult schedule with anyone. So this was a perfect spot. Really loved catching the sun rise and sunset.»

We came to Pagosa for a long weekend with our kiddos to enjoy the hot springs, also amazing, and coming home to this comfy property felt like home.
