«I spent the week at David's listing and could not have been happier with the accommodations. The location was very close to the airport and the check-in instructions were simple and straightforward. David provides a number combination on the touch keypad for entry and each room is provided with its own key for renter security. «This was a perfect place for our 3 nights stay in Vancouver. The house is located in a very safe area, about 35 min from downtown. We used public transportation train and bus and we felt safe at all times. The hosts Will and Tammy were wonderful. Very nice, gave us lots of suggestions and always responsive. «Power was out when we arrived so no internet! Could not contact owners as they are not on site! We opened door and it smelled horribly musty! It was midnight so we stayed. Next morning power back on and the place was filthy—really hadn’t been cleaned before we arrived! Per on bathroom floor, dirt everywhere! We could not get ahold of owner, nor could hotels.com (we booked thru them). Got ahold of them finally and they told me they would work on a refund. So far—I got nothing! I don’t mind ...

«We really enjoyed our stay at Misty Meadows B&B with such friendly, engaging hosts. Cathy's breakfasts were so creative, tasty, bountiful and a feast for the eyes as well as our stomachs! The property is beautifully decorated, very comfortable, spacious bedrooms with balconies, lovely landscape of trees. We also thoroughly enjoyed their lovely pets, Kenzie the lab, Jule and Gem, their cats and Noah the adorable donkey! We highly recommend staying at their lovely home.»

«The place looked recently renovated. With new appliances and bathroom fixtures. Kitchen was stocked with utensils, condiments and even drinks in the fridge. It is located away from traffic and quite ( except a noisy bird ). The hosts are friendly and helpful. Furniture in living room is minimal but satisfactory.»

We were told we would be called the day before to be informed if we could have one - they never communicated with us. Our cottage (43) also had terrible water pressure.
