Bra hotell til prisen!
Meget bra hotell til prisene de opperer med. Litt vell myke senger, men ellers et meget bra hotellrom. Hyggelige ansatte og bra renhold. Den inkluderte frokosten var også meget good, og er og anbefale. Kan være litt bråkete på kveldstid, men er en bar og ett utested ganske nært men ikke ett problem for meg.

Hotellrommet var Ok, men frokosten var ikke å skryte av. Må si å være et av de dårligste jeg har erfart. Hadde null utvalg av meieriprodukter, kun yoghurt. Varmmat var kun eggerøre, bønner og pølse. Serveringsstedet var også veldig lite. Man måtte stå i kø for å få mat. Ellers Ok hotell for en eller to netter.

The shower had so much dirt and grime on it. The beds were small. No adapters for the electrical sockets. It was hot in the unit. Even well after changing the temperature

This hotel is quite far from the airport so advertising it's a short drive to terminal 5 is a big stretch. It was a 25 minute bus ride/taxi to get here. There is very little dining near the hotel and no entertainment close by. The restaurant in the hotel was pricey. We also had no working air conditioning and one 2 towels in our room that was booked for 4 people. Tried to call to get more and no answer from front desk and nobody at the front desk when we went down. The room was old and it felt run down. We also asked about a shuttle and we're originally told there was no shuttle service then found out there was after we arrived but honestly they asked 7 pounds per person to use the hotel shuttle and there is a very reliable city bus that picks up on the street out front of the hotel and goes right to terminal 5 for 1 pound per adult with kids riding for free. Overall I wasn't impressed with this hotel and probably won't stay there again when I go back.

The room assigned was in a part of the building that was not heated. After changing rooms to a warmer part of the building the room keys did not work. The staff was apologetic and promptly addressed our issues.

While this property is not as close to the airport as some we’ve stayed in, it was a great choice. Room clean and adequate (miss my Queen bed), with beautiful walk-in shower and delicious hearty breakfast. Transport to airport was easily arranged, arrived on time, was comfortable and efficient. Definitely would choose this hotel again.

The toilet was difficult to flush and shower drain was blocked so we couldn't have a shower. Otherwise everything was fine as we needed a good night sleep after a 25 hour flight.

I was put on second floor of hotel, I asked for higher floor. The road noise was horrible, lots of motorcycles. The room sound insulation is very poor. You can hear every noise. Breakfast was wonderful however.
