It feels that we walked into a fairy tail, the Borgo absolutely adorable, romantic at night, surrounded by fortified stone walls, majestic medieval doors and towers on the lago di Garda. An absolute gem that my American girlfriend, and I, will never forget.

Buona la posizione, stanza nella norma. Qualche miglioria da fare. Laura molto accogliente e disponibile. La navetta va prenotata per tempo ma se non fosse disponibile la camminata non è così lunga per raggiungere il parcheggio.

The property is well located inside the old town, close to the ferry wharf , many good value restaurants and no shortage of gellaterias.The room was small but good for one night and the air con worked well. The mini fridge is ok. The only draw back was the noise of people coming going.. typical of most Italian small establishment.Would recommend this property.

Great hotel
We arrived early to a warm welcome and our room was ready. We explored the Peninsula as it's great location meant everything close by. The staff were lovely and helpful. We ate at the restaurant in the evening and food was really tasty and good value.

Schönes Hotel in hervorragender Lage. Das Personal ist äußerst freundlich und für Hotelgäste gibt es Rabatt in den dazugehörigen Restaurants. Die Zimmer sind etwas unmodern, aber dennoch sauber und zweckmäßig. Trotz der Lage war es nicht zu laut, da die Fenster gut isoliert sind. Das Parken außerhalb der Stadt und der Transfer zum Hotel haben sehr gut funktioniert.

Duschen trasig, avloppet ej rensat på länge så man fick stå i en sjö. Sängkläderna var inte rena och det var blodfläckar och hår på lakanet från tidigare gäst. Väldigt lyhört. Telefonen i rummet trasig. När vi behövde hjälp under natten och ringde till hotellet flera gånger så var det ingen som svarade. Det är helt obemannat på natten. De låter hotellgästerna ta ansvar för ytterdörren på natten då ingen personal är där, så vem som helst kan gå in och ut. Inte speciellt tryggt.

Wir erinnern uns an Sie und möchten klarstellen, dass die Dusche nicht kaputt war. Sie haben uns nicht gefragt, wie sie funktioniert. Frisches Blut kann nicht von einem früheren Gast stammen, tut mir leid, aber das Blut war von ihm. Wir befinden uns im Zentrum eines Schlosses und in der Hochsaison ist Sirmione voller Urlaubstouristen. Unser Hotel hat angegeben, dass es keinen 24-Stunden-Service hat, deshalb geben wir Ihnen einen Schlüssel, den Sie nachts betreten können. Unser Hotel ist sicher. Es tut uns leid, dass Sie sich komisch verhalten haben.tschuss

The parking and pickup in the shuttle was great. very good directions and instructions. Great hotel, great place to visit. nothing bad to say, it was all good. We stayed on a weekend and to say it gets busy is an understatement, however once evening comes, its beautiful.
