Bestilte rom for 3 personer, to voksne og et barnebarn på 6. Da vi kom fant vi ingen seng for barnebarnet men fikk beskjed om at hun kunne sove med oss, altså 3 personer under samme dyne. Ville vi ha egen seng kostet det 94 dollar ekstra! Rommet var i tillegg ganske nedslitt med sopp i fliseskjøtene på badet. Vi anbefaler IKKE dette hotellet og det bør IKKE ha 5 stjerner!

Greit hotel på bra nivå
Ferietur 8 dager. Hotellet har vel hatt sin glanstid. Forstått det slik at er nye eiere fra 2020. Og da blir det oppussing og nye koster. Velfungerende hotell, super plassering, men litt slitent. Vi anbefaler frokost utenfor hotellet. Mange muligheter til det.

Fortjener ikke fem stjerner.
Hotellet har fin plassering i finansdistriktet. Svært misvisende at førstebildet hos bookingtjenestene viser at hotellet har basseng. Det fremkommer dårlig eller ingen plass at bassenget er stengt. Hotellet lobby var flott, men rommene gamle og slitne. Det var også en del innsekter på bad. Ingen tvil om at dette hotellet trenger oppgradering da det også er mye rust.

ホテル全体の内装が素敵でした。スタッフの方も優しく丁寧です。部屋は水回りは少し古さを感じますが不便はなく、シャワーブースは半畳程で別になっておりバスタブには洗濯物を干す紐がありました。タオルも地厚で良かったです。タオル地ではありませんがバスローブあり。ネスプレッソあり。ミネラルウォーターは洗面台に浄水機付きの蛇口があるので助かります。私のお気に入りは出窓のようなカウチです。窓の向こうにファウンテンオブウェルスが見えて、のんびりした時間が過ごせます。一応ベランダもあり。残念ながら、隣の部屋とコネクティングできる作りだったので隣人がガチャガチャと開けようとして怖かったです。また隣人の声と音が筒抜けなので、私の部屋はカップルには向かないかもしれません。ですが、3階からマリーナスクエア(モール)に直結しており、濡れずにレストランやエスプラナーデ駅に行けて便利です。ヤクンカヤトーストやマクドナルドもあり。サンテックモールを経由してファウンテンオブウェールズにも行けます。

Good, clean, spacious rooms with large comfy bed, strong shower and great views. Impressive atrium and nice looking bars. Didn’t take breakfast or eat in so no comment on those. Alas, a number of issues put me off returning: after paying £250 a night I would have expected better coffee than two sachets of instant granules a day, and I did not appreciate being charged another £250 deposit ‘for incidentals’ or being charged £15 for a luke-warm beer at the pool. The juliet balcony had great views of the city (from 19th floor) but the door is wedged in the corner of the room and would not stay open so it was hard to sit and enjoy the view with fresh air.

Love the pool! I stayed in the Marina Bay view room, and it was amazing to watch the lights every night. Nice and quiet stay. The Buffet was a bit lacking, the coffee machine either didn't work or made bad coffee. Not sure why such an expensive hotel doesn't have a barista or offer kopi for breakfast. It was a much-improved experience after staying at JEN Hotel a few days prior.

Bel hôtel récemment rénové. Très bien placé. Belle chambre avec vue sur Marina Bay, spacieuse mais avec peu de rangement. Aucun tiroir !! Personnel assez indifférent pas au niveau d’un 5 étoiles . Piscine correcte avec serviettes vieillissantes.

緑がいたるところにあり、非日常でありながら落ち着いた気持ちで滞在することができました。スタッフの方たちからも気持ちの良い対応を受けることができました。不満点としては、シャワーの湯温がゆるく、水圧が今ひとつで、洗っている間寒く感じました。また、洗面台の排水溝が使用するたびにゴボゴボと音を立て、気になりました。

The ParkRoyal Marina is a lovely hotel. The lobby is spectacular and the staff are wonderful. I had a club room and the club facilities were great and the staff in the club were exceptional. The room was comfortable and had lots of extra facilities such as free toiletries and the mini bar included. Just a few niggles made it an issue for me: 1. There is nowhere in the room to do hair / make up adequately. The bedroom doesn't have any suitable places and the bathroom lighting isn't great for using the mirror closely 2. The hotel is well located for the Marina and shopping centre but there is no way to easily cross the road in front of the hotel - you either have to take a detour around through the shopping centre up some questionable stairs or down via the subway station escalators. It's a pain.

Definitely one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at, excellent staff throughout the hotel, rooms were spacious, clean and had everything we needed. The location was convenient for several of the sites and activities we wanted to do. I would definitely stay there again.

Perplexed
The service is excellent! accidentally put Do Not Disturb on my way out, nothing much to worry about as a solo traveller. However I went out in the evening and came back to a fully serviced room! My one concern is that I couldn’t find an electric plug in the bathroom which is not particularly helpful .

Beautiful hotel.
From check in to check out, this was an amazing stay. The hotel itself is beautiful, and the attention to detail is amazing. I stayed in an Urban deluxe room and had an amazing view of the Esplanade. Nice large room, large bed and all the amenities you would expect. Would highly recommend and will be staying here again, next time I am in Singapore!

Auf einer Einmonatstour durch Asien war das Hotel das schlechteste, welches wir erlebt haben. Im Zimmer waren Spuren eines Wasserschadens sichtbar und der Stöpsel des Waschbeckens ließ sich nicht entfernen. Letzteres wurde jedoch rasch behoben. Das Frühstück hinterließ den schlechtesten Eindruck. Kaffee gab es aus dem Automaten zur Selbstbedienung. Das Geschirr hier und auch sonst war mäßig sauber. Oft bekam man erst beim zweiten oder dritten Versuch sauberes Geschirr. Die Tische waren nicht ordentlich geputzt, die Abräumstation war mit schmutzigem Geschirr überfüllt und stand sehr gut sichtbar im Raum. Das Personal kam nicht nach, für Ordnung zu sorgen. Wir beschwerten uns und bekamen ein Upgrade in ein Loungezimmer. Hier war zumindest das Geschirr sauber, die Tische leider nicht immer. Fazit: Für 280 € die Nacht erwarte ich eine wesentlich bessere Leistung. Dieses Hotel war einfach nur enttäuschend.
