«The Inn’s accommodations & staff are the definition of hospitality done right. Perfect location - near the beach & short walk to The Village. Our Lookout unit had everything we could possibly need & a nice balcony sitting area. The pool area was beautiful. Also provided all the beach necessities (wagons, chairs, umbrellas, mats). Every single staff member was friendly & helpful. We greatly enjoyed our stay. »

«This property was amazing! The home was very clean, well appointed, nicely decorated and was perfectly located near both the beach and the village. They had bicycles for us to use, and a beach wagon with sun umbrellas, beach chairs, and beach towels making our short trek to the beach a breeze. «This lovely cottage is in a perfect location. Siesta Key Crescent Beach and nearby shops and restaurants are within easy walking distance. The accommodation was very comfortable, well appointed and had everything we needed. From the start of booking, our arrival and during our stay, the contact with/from our host John was excellent with immediate responses to our queries and local advice and suggestions forthcoming. «This is our second year staying here. Last year we stayed at the Unit right next door but they're both identical. Last year was our first time in siesta key and loved our stay so we booked it again this year. We're a family of 4, my kids are 9 and 12 so having both kids in a separate bedroom with their separate beds is great. The unit also has a nice outdoor table and chairs to hang out and it's closed off giving us privacy (many of the duplex have shared outdoor areas). This year we rented a ...

«All was good as far as location and access to beach. The one item I would recommend is to purchase newer beach chairs and umbrellas! Also, there needs to be 2 minimum 4 would be ideal pull carts for hauling beach equipment / coolers due to having 2 "residences" house and a studio.»

«The location is outstanding - directly across from the public beach. House was well appointed with everything you need for a relaxing vacation. Only issues were the mattresses in both bedrooms were too soft for our liking. A firmer mattress and the use of a box spring would have made definitely raised our rating. In addition, the internet was sporadic. A few times during the 14 days, the router would disconnect leaving us with internet or TV for 20-30 minutes at at time.»

«This is a great place to stay for a couple; the house is small but cozy. We really enjoyed our stay, and would consider staying here again. This is more like a 4.5 star rating. There were a few things that kept this from being a 5 star review: bathroom shower was incredibly small. Also the towel rack needed to be screwed in tighter, it was starting to come off the wall. Bathroom could also use a new paint job. The coffeemaker likely needs replacing..the inside of the reservoir looked pretty bad. ...

«This place is small Compared to the pictures. I had no issues with the place accept we had to leave two days early and couldn’t get a refund and the air conditioning filters had to be cleaned before we even turned it on. Other than that perfect location beach access is a 1 min walk it’s perfect.»

Couldn’t be happier here at our stay! The beach access is just a short walk with beautiful powdery sands and clear blue waters! Highly recommend!»
