En perfekt helg.
Vi tok buss fra Roma, og bussen stoppet rett utenfor hotellet. Perfekt! En fantastisk helg i Siena. Sansynligvis en av verdens mest sjarmerende byer. Svært positivt overrasket over hotellet.

Fint og moderne hotell. Første rommet vi fikk var ikke bra, det luktet vondt og var gammelt. Ga beskjed til hotellpersonalet som ga oss et nytt rom. Dette rommet var kjempe fint og tydelig ganske nyoppusset. Det nye rommet svarte til forventingene. Kjempe god frokost for Italia å være. Hotellet lå veldig sentralt til alle severdigheter, shopping og spising. Kan anbefale hotellet dersom man får rommet av den nyere sorten.

Grei hotell, men bra beliggenhet
Hotellet var helt grei. Man hadde forventet kanskje litt mer siden hotellet har fire stjerner. Det var f.eks ikke vannkoker på rommet. Rommene var rene og størrelsen på rommet var også bra. Badet hadde litt slitte dørkarmer, men var ren.

Godt hotell rett ved busstasjonen
Hotellet ligger rett ved busstasjonen i Siena og alt er innen gangavstand. Kommer du med tog, er det ca. 10 min gange fra jerbanestasjonen (toppen av rulletrappene). Vi fikk et litt "slitent" rom, men godt rengjort og fint bad. Som generelt i Italia var det harde senger, dobbeldyne og tynne puter. Rolig område. God frokost av hovedsaklig "kontinental" variant.

Terrible. Didn’t have bed rule I booked. Ants. No air con. Exterior room and insanely loud with partners all night at the bed depot directly in front of the hotel. Absolutely shocking how disappointing this hotel was.

In few words, this is not a 4 star hotel. 3 at best and not the best one. Cleanliness lacking, no air conditioning (30C / 86F in the evening in the room), rusted faucets, in room telephone not working, when working nobody answering at desk, only one person at desk very busy, very few electrical outlet (for cell phones) and not conveniently located, ...

It was filthy. The property was impressive when we first entered the main foyer and the staff was friendly. However, once we hit the elevator button, conditions were horrible. Holes in the ceilings, and a cigarette smoke smell in the hallway, and our room made our skin crawl. It was beyond filthy and it looked like someone had a major 'fluid problem' that ended up on the floor and walls. Our bathroom smelled profusely of urine. I didn't dare take a shower...

Terrible experiencia si llegas con auto, tienen servicio de estacionamiento pero no te lo ofrecen los recepcionistas y no entiendo porqué, hay un circo de autos afuera ya que los encargados de estacionar no son ni amables, ni organizados. Una struttura non recente, con camere evidentemente mai rammodernate e forniture usurate. Questo vale per qualsiasi cosa: dal comodino alla doccia. In particolare il bagno con la porta della doccia sporca e arrugginita che nemmeno si chiudeva, così come il piano del lavandino pieno di macchie di umidità. La posizione non é male, in 10 min a piedi si arriva in duomo. Il letto invece grande e comodo. La colazione scadente: diversi piatti pasticciati, quasi tutti senza etichetta e allergeni. In dettaglio poca frutta. Non é mancato di trovare capelli sulle salviette. Non consiglio di pernottare qui

while it is in a good location. it is hard to find parking. staff is not as helpful. do not stay if you have another choice. I honestly feel like it was a waste. dirty floor, hair ball, lint under the chair moldy bathrooms a/c not working in our room my request for adjacent room was not honored glass shower door hinge broken, almost impossible to open and the glass rubbing against the shower floor, in danger of breaking. they said they will look at it, but did not bother to check it out.

ABSOLUTELY RUBBISH
Hotel is very old especially in the rooms , some taps are rusty, beds are lose and noisy when you turn and staff are not helpful. Very expensive for what it is. No iron and boards in the rooms so basically you have to carry you dirty linen all the way to the bicycles repair room where there is one iron and board for the whole hotel. If you are not lucky you have to wait for a long time to get to your turn if you have two people in front of you while people come in and out repairing bicycles. ITS A JOKE OF A HOTEL

Sehr gute Wahl für einen kurzen Aufenthalt in Siena. Saubere und geräumige Zimmer mit moderner Ausstattung. Die Altstadt von Siena ist zu Fuss in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen.

Great and central location. It’s an old building so our room did NOT have air conditioning… when we complained to the staff they said “you can open the window for air” They have no free parking but they have a company that can valet the car for 30 euros… do this as parking is difficult.

El check in fue tarde, pasado las 3.30pm porque el cuarto no estaba listo. Las llaves no funcionaban, el internet deficiente. El personal en recepción no está calificado para una atención al público.

Overall disappointing stay.
Upon arrival we felt like this was going to be an excellent stay. We found the room clean and comfortable, but we could not get the a/c to keep us comfortable. It had a governor on the controls. The location of hotel is good, but there are very few restaurants nearby to choose from. One evening after a long, tiring day of touring, we wanted to eat in the hotel restaurant. When we asked for a table we were told that the restaurant was closed for a private party and that the kitchen had a very limited menu. This forced us to leave hotel and walk to a restaurant.
