Billig og greit hotell
Greit og billig hotell, men vanskelig å finne i et "dodgy" område av byen. Enkel standard og tilsynelatende rent og pent, men fant både hår og flekker på sengetøyet mitt, da jeg skulle legge meg for kvelden. Greit bad, men fikk veldig lugar-følelse; som om badet var en stor plastkasse som var plassert inn i et soverom. Kan ikke kommentere hotellets øvrige fasiliteter, da vi ikke benyttet oss av annet enn å sove og få oss en varm dusj. Hotellet lå i en bakgate ved en brun pub, hvor deler av klientellet så nokså slitne ut. Følte det ubehagelig å passere på vei til og fra hotellet. Dette behøver likevel ikke å være ensbetydende for hotell og område, da vi kun overnattet en natt. Prisen for natten var det mest positive; kun 450 nkr.

Trengte en plass å tilbringe natten. Helt fint for å sove. Rent og pent.

"Helt ok"
Alt var helt ok, ikke noe å kritisere, men heller ikke noe å rope hurra for. Jeg fikk akkurat det jeg betalte for, en (god) seng å sove i, rent toalett med (stor) dusj, og gangavstand til det meste. Service i resepsjonen avhang litt av hvem man fant der, men var stort sett helt fint. Rommet var greit utstyrt med det man trenger. Helt fint for overnatting.

Good value, clean and close to city centre. Negatives: no air con and when windows opened its very noisy as close to main road and tram tracks.

Clean property. Nice size room and appreciated the window that could open. The only downside was it can be noisy from tram line, traffic, and people.

Very conveniently located for our trip to Sheffield to go to The Crucible. Staff very friendly and helpful. The bathroom facilities in the room were somewhat hazardous due to a step. Breakfast was ok with a range of options available

Floor of my room hadn’t been cleaned. Breakfast was grim. No mushrooms. Overcooked hash browns. Cold sloppy scrambled egg. Iron was filthy and there was only one available. Won’t come back.

Check in was fine, very nice reception staff, Came back to the hotel after a nice meal with friends only to be intergrated by someone claiming to be security, asking my name what room i was in and then said i could go, 20min later at 1 clock he's banging on my door telling me to keep the noise down, me and my wife was talking in bed and he said we was to loud and to keep the noise down I'm 52 and the wifes 51 we was talking about the night out and he said he could hear us up the corridor, i said we're talking not shouting if he can hear us the soundproofing needs updating because we wasn't being loud, he just said keep it down like i was a child playing loud music, absolute joke of a place, i will be complaining to the management in the morning but I'm going to guess if they employ this person there probably going to be similar...

A good tidy room for our short stay in Sheffield only problem I had was the soap container in shower fell off the wall at 2 Am otherwise it was all gone for what we wanted. Would certainly book again

Cheap & cheerful central hotel
Stayed for a night following the Sheffield powerlifting championships. Very bare bones (not even a spoon for a cuppa!) but fine for what it is, and we had a good night's sleep. Comfy bed. Good shower. Minimal noise. Ideal location. Passed on the breakfast which seemed expensive and had to be prebooked the night before.

Nice hotel, bad parking
The hotel was fine the parking arrangements were terrible, having to book online and in advance in order to get a bogus discount is really poor. 24 hour parking in Sheffield is from £5 to £8.50 not £10.50 / £21. Once arrived at the hotel you then need to drive around a one way system to access a parking entrance that is just a few metres away. Really poor

Thank you for your comments, unfortunately we don't have a carpark at the hotel so we are able to offer the discount for the Q-Park opposite the hotel. Alternatively there are various other car parks across the city as you have stated above. kind regards

Slept in the hotel walk in freezer.
Room as you'd expect but, after finishing work late I was hoping to return to my room and relax. However, the window to the room had been left wide open on one of the coldest nights in the year with the heating turned off. The room was like a freezer and didn't warm up properly until the morning when I had to check out and return to work. Worst nights sleep i've ever had. Like camping basically, pretty sure I had a cold after this stay. The mind wonders why this was done.. Very disappointed.
