Veldig dårlig renhold , rommene var store men ikke rene. Maten var greit nok . aktivitet om kvelden var ikke gratis. Is var ikke i All inkludert pakken veldig rart. Ikke spesielt utvalg ved bassengene. Området rundt av hotell var veldig fint. Alt i alt jeg skal ikke tilbake til samme hotell . Det står at hotellet har gratis transport til shopping senter, absolutt ikke. De har kun en person bil til hverdag som har plass til kun 4 og er du 5 krever sjåføren ekstra penger.

Probably one of the worst all inclusive experiences. Had to change rooms twice due to poor maintenance. The family room was supposed to have 2 twin bed for kids but they were actually cots. The food and beverage menu was super tiny. And the beverages were all made with slushes. Everything was extra cost. Not to mention the wifi which only allowed 3 devices and 5gb of data for 5 days....the sink had rust water and the showers didn't have pressure and in the mornings no hot water. The property has a huge mosquito problem and they fill the in the evening .

Attenzione alla reception non molto onesti!
L’albergo non è da 5 stelle, i letti sono vecchi e soprattutto i letti dei bambini sono troppo scadenti, il migliore è Mustafa (il ragazzo della pulizia stanze) che per farci stare bene era disponibile in tutto! La peggiore esperienza è con la reception, state attenti cercano in tutti modi di imbrogliarvi e di prendere più soldi possibili! Al nostro arrivo avevo sbagliato l’età della bambina e per questo mi hanno fatto pagare 350€ in più ma non solo al momento del check-out dovevo solamente 1.30 (mezz’ora di gioco a carambola) ma al momento di pagare mi hanno detto che dovevamo 3€ ho chiesto e dunque mi hanno detto che dovevo 1.30€ . State attenti alla reception anche quando cambiate i soldi tornano sempre meno di quello che dicono!

Mosquitoes were unbelievable no other place in sharm has Mosquitoes like this hotel . We had to spray our room 3/4 times a day it was that bad. Garden rooms are a bit dated. Needs to be brought to life. Surrounding area is beautiful hotel itself is pretty outside. Food was not good everything taste the same and wasn't much to offer. We even got stomach aches from the meat. The slides for adults and kids was fun. Some staff was nice kost was rude. Worse part has to be mosquitoes amount money i spent on cream to treat my kids as even with the mosquitoe spray i took with me couldnt protect them.

Vacation at Charmillion Gardens Aqua park
The gardens are well maintained. The rooms are clean enough. The service teams are very welcoming and welling to help. The hotel is very comfortable for families traveling with children. Overalls stay was pleasant.

فندق مميز جدا هو عبارة عن ثلاث فنادق في فندق. ويتمتع النزلاء بخدمات الثلاث فنادق إذا كان نوع الحجز شامل كليا، وفي رأي الشخصي أن فرع جاردن مناسب جدا للعاءلات ومحبي الأكوابارك وفرع سي ليف مناسب للعرسان ومحبي شواطيء البحر أما فرع كلوب فهو مناسب للجميع وخصوصا محبي الديفنج أشكر كل العاملين في الفندق على حسن ضيافتهم لنا وأخص بالشكر مسؤول الأستقبال الأستاذ مينا الذي حرص على تقديم أفضل الخدمات للنزلاء

la struttura è adatta a famiglie con bambini, il personale è molto disponibile e cortese. Check in was only after 4 pm and the 2nd room after 7:30 pm, although I got there at 12:00. In the reception of Charmillion they work very slowly. They didnt accept for late checkout as a compensation. Life guards are very good and alert. Food is good, houskeeping is slow. Rooms everyday werent ready before 2-3pm...

Nice hotel
The hotel is really nice with beautiful gardens and pools. The food is ok, we really liked barbecue nights and the pasta bar with an italian chef. I would definetely recommand.
