Hola Jose,Sentimos leer tu negativo comentario respecto a tu reciente estancia con nosotros.Comentarte que, siendo un hotel ubicado en una antigua casa sevillana con 3 patios a modo de corrala, y dentro de las limitaciones en cuanto al número de habitaciones de las que disponemos y la categoría del mismo, no disponemos de una habitación específica de cortesía más allá de poder usar los baños para clientes o la consigna para dejar vuestras maletas.Del mismo modo, nos entristece que tengas esa sensación sobre nuestro personal, siendo este el punto más valorado con mucha diferencia.Sobre los ruidos que nos indicas y la presencia de "pelos deportivos", no tenemos ninguna información al respecto, por lo que nos habría encantado hablar personalmente contigo para saber qué problemas estabas teniendo y haber podido solucionarlos para haberte proporcionado las vacaciones y el descanso que, leyendo tu mensaje, no has disfrutado.Esperamos poder volver a recibirte en cualquiera de los otros hoteles Casual que tenemos repartidos por toda España y Portugal para poder recuperar la confianza perdida.Saludos.
