Just got back last week from Megasaray Club Belek. Absolutely the best all inclusive I’ve ever been to! The service from the 1-1 hotel assistant Zhuldyz was the best and something I’ve never experienced before! She was on Whatsap contact throughout replying and servicing any needs I had. I didn’t have a single no throughout the stay they bent over backwards to ensure me and my family were comfortable. I had my 4 year old and so had would message Zhuldyz daily for one thing or another and always prompt reply and assistance. The hotel itself was absolutely stunning, the food absolutely delicious and all day long lots to eat. Free ice creams of the best brands and branded drinks all day none of the cheap watered down stuff. The kids facilities are absolutely amazing and my son was kept entertained all day! My room was beautiful with a garden view and my own very little garden area. You will not be disappointed in the slightest! Thank you Megasaray for a wonderful and memorable stay!

The hotel facilities are amazing. There was varied entertainment for kids and adults, some good evening shows, and lots of delicious food. In fact the menu was pretty mind-blowing. The pools, the spa, all the public spaces, amphitheatre, aquapark and bars are a dream. The tennis courts and equipment were easy to book. The staff were lovely, thank you to everyone for making our stay so special!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Megasaray Club Belek resort with our toddler! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cater to our needs. The facilities were fantastic, with plenty of activities for our little one to enjoy, including a safe and engaging kids' club and a playground. The food options were diverse and delicious, ensuring even our picky eater was satisfied. We appreciated the attention to detail in the family-friendly accommodations, making it easy for us to relax and enjoy our vacation. The lovely resort and private beach provided the perfect backdrop for unforgettable family memories. We can't wait to return for another fantastic stay! Thank you to all the staff. I highly recommend this resort.

We enjoyed our stay at the Megasaray. We were here in the off-season and some of the summer activities (water park) were not open. I can imagine that bringing a young family here in summer would be spectacular as the resort has so many things to do. We enjoyed what was open (indoor pool, gym). The buffet was varied with lots of options for eating as healthy or not as you like. The wi-fi was excellent and easy to access. The staff was helpful and kind. They were great with families with younger children.

Worth of money
Second visit in the past 4months. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Excellent housekeeping. Loads of activities for the children and adults. Good quality evening entertainment. Massive amount of food, always gains 4-6kg. Good golf courses in few km from the resort. Megasaray & Turkey is definitely worth of money vs. Spain, Greece or similar.

We had a good time. Happy with the facilities, activities and meal options. That was like having two resorts for the price of one. Special thanks to all staff who made our stay pleasant. The animation team, bartenders, waitresses, etc. Special thanks to Yigit and his valuable help to resolve a misunderstanding during check-in, and also to take us everywhere we wanted in the buggy, all the best to you. Cons: The property is old Restaurant staff who served beverages were too slow and unfriendly. Bar staff were unfriendly. Food quality/ variety was average Entertainment was average. Pros: Front desk staff were responsible and friendly.

The hotel complex was really great, lots to do and multiple pools, so the children could swim in one and the adults could swim in a quieter pool. The rooms were spacious and had everything you could need. The only problem we encountered was the volume of the music from the neighbouring hotel disco, that went on until 01:00 am every night, it was so loud and had so much base that we could feel the beat in our room when in bed. It is a shame that the Deluxe Swim Up Suites were located so close to the boundary and next door hotel for this to impact our holiday, it meant that even if we wanted an early night, we would still be awake until after the disco finished!! If it wasn’t for this, my review would have been an excellent rating.

We chose Megasaray hotel for our family reunion and we are glad we did. We all had an excellent two weeks vacation and absolutely enjoyed our time and loved everything about this hotel!! The rooms are spacious and super clean. We had deluxe family suite - poolside. My parents’ initially had a club room, which was upgraded to the deluxe room for free at their arrival! Thank you!! The cleaning ladies are great. Even if we didn’t get the cleaning needed sign turned on, they would still clean our room. Fresh and clean towels every day! The fridge gets restocked every day as well. We had tea and coffee in the room as well as many snacks and huge swirl lolly pops (kids were happy!). The food is amazing! There are many choices that will satisfy even a picky eater. My son has multiple allergies and I was worried that he would not be able to enjoy his stay, because of the limited choices in food but that was not the case. The hotel offers a few milk substitutions to your choice, rice, almond, lactose free milk and even oat milk - the one that my son drinks! They have vegan stations. Aside of vegan stations - you will find it easy to pick a meal as the restaurants have clear nutritional information. They don’t add any milk or butter to their mashed potatoes which was awesome! Special thanks to Natalie and the chef of the restaurant for going above and beyond in accommodating my son’s allergy diet! There are plenty of things to do.

Our only issue in a fantastic few days were the clowns at the Chinese à la carte who thought they, as staff, were more important than the fantastic food.(Although the lady serving our table was brilliant.) The same clowns ruined our à la carte breakfast the next morning, when we we forced to walked out.

So terrible from reception to service , when we came at 8am the reception was nearly closed and the lights were off , dirty and sticky floors in restaurants, food is not covered ( inside and outside areas ) and alot of flies even inside the restaurants,, old fruits and veggies,and the food should be better according to the price ,, we paid more for a deluxe room , but we got a normal room beds ,,, unfriendly staff also not informative at all ,, we left the hotel half way the duration and booked in another hotel which was the best decision ever made because we saw the difference

I like the food wide options and excellent cooking. Great stuff and service. However, the amount of facilities are less than expected and some needed extra expensive payments.

We stayed for a week. Our overall impression is very positive. Hotel is very clean. Lots of activities for the whole family. Food and drinks was amazing. The only negative point is that staff looked a bit overwhelmed and stressed at times. Thanks to our guest relation manager (Sevsem) who made every effort to make our stay more comfortable.

I have been several times in different 5 star hotels in Turkey. It has always been excellent. This is the first time we have encountered such bad service. The room smells of mold, the carpet is dirty and stained. The air conditioner is very noisy and does not cool! This is a deluxe room. Three times they promised to fix the air conditioner and no one came. The staff is not trained. To get a cold beer, you need to remind the waiters about the refrigerator. The food is delicious, the animation is very good. And the rest is very bad. I definitely don’t recommend this hotel.

Worst hotel ever. We came to check in, the girl who was part of the guest relation was lost she brought us to the wrong floor then realized we had to go to the upper floor. We had to take the stairs with our baby. The hotel is dirty and undergoing renovation. The property is not a 5 star hotel at all! Does not look like the pictures at all. We asked to be refunded they say the reservation team is closed I had to find another hotel after a long flight after seeing how insalubre the hotel is! We still did not get a refund as they are refusing to honour customer satisfaction! Worst hotel ever! Stayed in several countries but never had this type of worse hotel and service!
