"The service from the staff was not great. Upon arrival we were given a room, but it was already occupied, and we had to go downstairs and get a new room. The person in the room was shcocked, and the staff handled it in an ok way but not with the appropriate apologies. Second, the breakfast was very poor and closed already at 9. We were in the middle of eating at the time, and the staff just cleaned off everything, putting up chairs etc, while we were eating. Very rude? The place was otherwise clean and practically located."

"A nice looking Hotel, but unfortunately too many things that was not ok. Dead grasshoppers in one of our groups rooms, the gym was out of order, as well as the laundry. The pool did not open until 10.40 AM, when it was promised to open at 10. We therefore asked for a later, free of charge checkout of one hour, so that we could use the pool before checking out. This was not possible, as the receptionist did not have the authority to grant it. We then called hotels.com to file a complaint and get some help. While calling the receptionist came back to us, and reported that we after all could stay until noon. We jumped into the pool, only to find the water very cloudy and hence making us doubt the quality, so we avoided putting our heads under water… Dear Duniya Hotel, you have great potential, but you need to try harder! "
