I am handicapped and my room was upstairs. No elevator. The room was great. There was no way to find out where it was at the booking sight on line. There was no view

We always try to accommodate guests who need first floor rooms, as long as we get a call right after the reservation is made with the request. Day of arrival, when we are sold out and everyone is already checked in on the first floor is not possible

Overall a good stay. There was a musty smell in the room when we arrived, but it got better with running the heat a little bit.

Gentleman at check in was wonderful! He should us were to park as we were towing a vehicle. Made it very convenient to room. Room very clean. Wasn’t liking the orange paint, but no big deal.

Perfectly adequate & pleasant place to stay in Sequim, as chances likely you’re mostly out of room enjoying all the Wonders of PNW & Nature?? Bed & Pillows very comfortable, towels & supplies ample & moreover: both day &!PM Staff extremely helpful, kind & well informed on the town & Restaurants!

The owner stayed late to be sure we received our keys and he graciously welcomed us when we arrived. The room was large and clean. It was conveniently located right off the highway AND it was near a grocery store, coffee, restaurants. Olympic View was perfect for a stay in Sequim.

Took forever to get tv to work?? Couldn't just use remote. When made expedia reservation, said 2 pet friendly rooms left & when got there @ 5pm, they put us in overflow room without direct access to dog area.

The temperature control of the AC unit in my room seemed to be broken, since it never stopped blowing hot air. There’s also hairs in the shower drain, not clean :-(
