Maybe my expectations were too high
The hotel is ideally located, which was one of the reasons why I chose it. Check-in went quickly, and as a Lotte rewards member, I could check in somewhat earlier than announced, which was perfect. At first glance, the room was spacious and the view spectacular. However, after a little while, I noticed rust in the shower and walls in desperate need of repainting. The hotel had placed a note in the room stating that construction work could be somewhat loud and that earplugs could be picked up in the reception. Sadly, ear plugs or headphones with noise canceling could not keep out the noisy traffic at night (street cars and motorcycles) or the construction work across the street. The hotel should consider changing the window glass to soundproof glass and curtains to help with the noise because it was intense, and I did not have one good night's sleep in that room. The only reason I decided to stay in that room was the view. However, the view did not justify the price I had to pay. Too expensive for the quality given. I have stayed in other Lotte hotels without issues, and I like the chain, but I might have to consider a different option for my next stay in Seoul.

I was very happy with my choice I’ll be returning soon and will be staying there again. It’s a not brainer I was sad to go. Beautiful hotel, staff? Location etc just everything it definitely was a great ending to my 4 week trip in Asia. I guess I saved the best for last because Seoul was beautiful.

The location is superb surrounded by many restaurants which open till late. It’s also near the shopping area in Hongdae and 3 mins walk to subway. The staff is very friendly and helpful too!

The hotel staff is extremely attentive and willing to assist. The hotel is conveniently located, just a few minutes' walk from the subway, making it easy to access nearby shopping and dining options. The only drawback is that it is a bit far from the airport railway, but you can choose to take the airport bus. The only downside is that the elevator waiting time is relatively slow.

Room is clean and location is super convenient. Walking distance to Hongdae. Not sure why there is a buzzing sound every now and then during my stay. It could be the AC or the heater but it’s really frequent and annoying.

The check in process is fast. Would much prefer the newer design room, but was assigned to the older design, Overall the room is clean and we have what we need except for toothbrush & toothpaste (which is fine). USB port is a plus point as not all hotel has it. Most importantly, the location is good, convenient as well.

バスタブのガラスの仕切りが半分しかなく、使いづらかった。 コップが、紙のしかなく一人一個で足りなかった。 朝食は、普通だった。 部屋が狭く、値段と釣り合ってなかった。

所有都好好，冬天期間房內都有冷氣，距離地鐵出口好近，而家有扶手電梯，行過一條馬路就到弘大大街，非常方便
