Pool closed and covered, couldn’t use, no notice it would be unavailable. Should get my money back, workers inattentive, sitting outside smoking, not answering phone. Place is a dump.»

«I made this reservation thinking it was an extended stay hotel. I have done this in other cities and they have actually been national chains. This is not. This is an apartment complex with an office. Everything in the room is cheaply made... the towels are threadbare, the carpet is cheap, their are no toiltries except one small bar of soap when you check in.
