«This property was clean and comfy. It's close to the lakefront and we walked just a few blocks to get to the beach and to downtown. It was quiet and we slept well there. It's not spacious but it was great space for a trip where you're going to be out and about a lot. The owner was very nice, checking in to see if we needed anything.»

«I loved the cottage...very clean and cute...the road getting back to it needs a little clean up...smoother...we drove our Dodge Challenger...we ended up bottoming out...we drove my brothers car back that night so that was fine...and just one more thing, but not a big deal...need to have a few more outlets or extention cords available. We love it tho and I will be back sometime. »

«Perfect spot for a couple to recharge. The golf cart was an awesome perk! Unfortunately, my husband had an eye injury from work which kicked in when we got there, so would love to come back to truly take advantage. It was very clean and had everything we needed. «I only got three days for my vacation this year and really wanted something different. This little cottage is truly a solitary getaway - and yet, in the midst of a working farm!! It is brand new and set up for every convenience. The sourdough bread and farm-fresh eggs were such a great extra and SO good!! We were blessed with a spectacular sunset (pretty sure that was not included in the extras) and the weather cooperated for a memorable stay. The roosters greeted the morning but were far ...

«This property is in a convenient location. Upon entering we noticed stain all over the living room carpet. So gross. Also, the comforters on two of the beds looked dirty and had stains/ marks in many places. The fridge looked dirty too. The beds were comfortable.»

«There are no pet friendly hotels in Knoxville so we were very happy to find this pretty house for our stay when back for a family funeral. Pros: ample parking, good location, very clean, large space, nice kitchen, large yard, DISH TV, pet friendly, rapid response from owner, sleeps multiple people Cons: sleeps multiple people but only 1 key provided, couches don’t face TV, 2 BRs have no doors so there is privacy only for people in upstairs BR, outlet in basement bath not working »
