«I was happily surprised by this hotel. The price for staying at this hotel, in the middle of downtown Memphis was very low and so were my expectations. What met me here was a huge hotel room with great comfort, a very clean bathroom with tub / shower, and a tv with more channels than I could switch through. We did have to throw away a steak knife because it was a safety hazard since the blade was falling out of the handle. Some interesting notes: there is a motion detector light in the hallway that turns on every time you enter/exit the apartment, kitchen, and bathroom. «Accurate pictures, very, very nice space. A few quirks of an old building (the hot water is coming, it just may take a few minutes). Very nice kitchen, unfortunately there are so many good restaurants nearby that we never used it 😀. So close to the square we could easily have walked if we wanted to. Only recommendation would be some ottomans for the seating area - the tub chairs made us want to put up our feet and relax.»

«My two adult children and I really enjoyed our 2 night stay here. The apartment is located in a very quiet and old neighborhood and is the perfect distance away from downtown Atlanta (15-20 minute drive). Snacks and coffee were provided and all appliances were full size. We would be happy to stay here again.»

«Everything was great for us except the parking situation. It was very confusing and we ended up getting boots on all 3 cars; however, the host was VERY helpful and sent us most of the money back in return for the mishap. Would stay again but would want clearer instructions on the parking situation. Other than that, very clean, nice, responsive, and helpful! The place was about an 8-minute walk from the Fox Theater!»

«This is now our go to place when traveling through GA from FL. A lovely stay in a delightful historic home. The host is wonderful and check in is super easy. Beautiful neighborhood, easy parking, and there’s even a free little library out front. Highly recommend Famous Mike’s for breakfast. Some of the best biscuits we’ve ever had.»

There were a few things that I feel should be mentioned. 1) VRBO says we will get check in info three days in advance of our stay; that has always been the case with every VRBO I've stayed in; however, this VRBO owner told us we would not be given the information until 24 hours in advance. «We loved the close and easy walk to the Battery and Truist Park. There is a really great and convenient stadium access path that takes you out onto Windy Ridge Parkway. Would have liked for there to have been hand soap in the master bathroom. And maybe a few extra coffee pods (there was only 1 in the basket). This was a great setup for what we needed, which was just a one night stay after the game.»

«The P&P provision bar and Livingston Bar and restaurant was excellent! There was affordable and m delicious dishes. I really enjoyed the gumbo and berry mock tail from P & P late at night. And the next day I had a wonderful view of the fox theatre and a grand breakfast with the most amazing waiter named Earl at Livingston Bar and Restaurant. The front desk staff was especially helpful with getting taxis for me for my excursions in the city, my trip would have been a look harder without Thembela ...
