«Great space for 4 nights in Tokyo. While it is not directly near a train station and therefore requires a bit more walking, we are a young active family and it was not an issue. Perhaps for others needing to be closer to transportation, it might be. The up side was a lovely, quiet and very clean neighbourhood and less touristy. Have booked the same company in Kyoto. «We enjoyed staying here. We felt money could be saved by having thicker towels,because the current ones required washing daily. Probably the only negative was that we weren't advised that the hot water needed to be turned on by via a digital paid on kitchen wall!(The thought of a cold shower after a hectic day was not a nice thought!) The bed/ living room space excellent.Beds very comfortable. Only other suggestion would be some shelf or drawer space for clothes;even plastic drawers.»

«I liked the clearness and the open feel of the living space thanks to the high ceiling and the super bright lighting. The two complains are the flimsy chair that seems to be designed for tiny people. The other one is the lack of bath mat. May be it’s a cultural thing but for me who uses to stay hotels in the US, bath mat is a must and I struggled to get my feet dried after taking shower. But overall, it was a so nice experience staying at such a modern tiny apartment set up. I’d like to use ...

«We booked this hotel because it was very cheap. It had tons of amenities, full kitchen, laundry. This is far from hotel quality. It was self check-in and they email the entry codes 30min before check-in so try to have data or public wifi to get this information. First impressions was that it was very dirty and stained everywhere. It looked like it was lightly vacuumed and everything else pushed under the bed and couch. The kitchen counter, stove, fridge, microwave were all dirty with food ...

«The room was small but it was expected. We had clean towels, plenty of shampoo and conditioner and having thr washing machine was very handy. An extra or spare sheet on the bed would be handy. Thanks for having us stay.»

«The property is convenience in the center of the city. The shelves were dusty; floor was dirty too. Overall is not as clean as we have expected. The apartment is located to several night clubs, which is not a quite place. One of the night clubs has a last show starts 3:30 am, ends around 4 am. It's not a good experience if you're a light sleeper. »

«Great property in a fantastic “local” area. Not overwhelmed by the business of Shibuya or Shinjuku, this area is perfect as it has lots of local restaurants, shopping districts and close to parks and museums. Only 6 min walk to JR line and situated nicely between Ueno and Akihabara areas. »

«Good hotel for the price. Hard beds and not the best breakfast. But in general a fairly nice hotel. 500m from subway and 850m to central Shinjuku. »
