Million dollar view and more
A hidden gem. The cleanest rental we've had. Clean, comfortable and they provided everything you could need. And the view is spectacular. Rosslyn and Horace are warm and friendly and we loved talking to them. Highly recommend.

Beautiful Seeleys Cove
There is truly something magical about Seeleys Cove. With each outgoing tide went a little more of our stress, and we woke each day feeling a little more refreshed and relaxed. This was our second stay at this cute little cottage and we loved it as much as the first. It is clean, cozy and comfortable and has two big windows facing the bay to take in the most incredible sunrises. Rosslyn and Horace are great hosts and we never felt like we inconvenienced them when we messaged with questions. If we could rate this rental higher we would!

A very special place!
An absolute gem! The location, property and cottage are absolutely amazing and quite honestly, perfect. Even better in person, pictures can’t show how special this place is. The owners maintain the property beautifully, are kind and helpful if anything is needed. Our family had the best time walking the beach and hiking at the nearby trails. A really beautiful part of New Brunswick, we will most certainly book again in the future.

We stayed a week at this lovely cottage. It is clean, well stocked with everything our family needed in quiet location but easy to get to other attractions in New Brunswick. Overlooking the beach we had a good time searching for treasures. Rosslyn is a gracious host and we hope to visit again. Thank you!

Clean cottage with ocean views and sounds
This cottage is super clean and has amazing views. The only sounds we've heard are the ocean waves, birds, frogs and distant fog horn. The cottage had everything we needed and our host was available when we had questions or needed supplies. The location allowed us to visit Saint John, St. George, St. Andrews as well as Campobello and Ministers Islands. We even made a trip back to the US to see West Quoddy Head Light. In the meantime, we enjoyed time on the shore, observing tides from the cottage and sitting at a fire in the evening. We didn't prepare meals at the cottage but it had everything we would have needed to do so. There's only one bathroom so our group of three adults had to cooperate for showers but overall the cottage was right-sized for us. All of us agreed this cottage was everything we expected and there was nothing to complain about. Even our most picky enjoyed a vacation from concern about cleanliness and housekeeping. It truly was immaculate! Thanks to the Hoopers for sharing their cottage and making our New Brunswick vacation amazing!

Quiet little gem!
AMAZING! This place was everything we were wanting and more. The location meant driving but was oh so worth it. Short drive to Saint John as well as St.Andrews (ministers island was very cool just be there as soon as they open) It was well equiped with all that we needed for cooking our meals including a bbq, oven, pots and pans and every utensil you should need. The view is what makes this place so special. Enjoy your morning coffee and watch the waves out the front window. Enjoy an evening walk on the shoreline collecting rocks and enjoying the serenity. There is a set of stairs just out the door to get you down there The place has a small footprint but was sufficient for our family of 4 with two teenage boys. Highly suggest booking this place for your getaway we are glad we did

Excellent Experience
Beautiful view of the Bay of Fundy! The cottage was very tidy! When we were home in the evening, we enjoyed doing the jigsaw puzzle that was provided. Our hosts, Rosslyn and Horace, were very friendly and helpful.

Just Perfect!
What an amazing find this cottage was! The pics don't do it justice! We had a wonderful few days here, relaxing, and just enjoying the peacefulness. The views are beautiful, the sound of the waves constantly is so calming, and the walks on the beach were good for the soul. We will definitely be back. Thank you so much for letting us to stay!

Spectacular Getaway
This seaside cottage was absolutely perfect. Right at the water, loads of privacy, with massive windows at the front of the cottage to soak in the views. Rosslyn and Horace are wonderful hosts who were willing to share recommendations for what we could explore locally. The cottage was spotless and had everything we needed. You have to experience it!
WOW what a fantastic place to stay. It's even better than the photos and description! The hosts are amazing and made us extremely comfortable. I recommend this to anyone who wants a beautiful view and very comfy surroundings. My only regret was leaving!

Rare Gem in the Bay of Fundy
This has to be the nicest vacation rental we’ve ever stayed at. And we’ve stayed at many! The cottage was absolutely spotless, and the beds and linens were perfect, but it was really the view and access to the beach that made us fall in love with this vacation rental. We walked the beach multiple times each day and felt more content at the end of each day than we had felt in a very long time. Thank you again Rosslyn and Horace for your work to keep this such a magical place to stay.

Vue imprenable sur la Baie de Fundy!
Le chalet offre un équipement plus que complet ! Tout est impeccable ! La vue est magnifique et l’endroit est très relaxant ! Du balcon, on entend les vagues arriver sur la rive et sur les rochers du matin au soir au rythme des marées ! Emplacement situé à 15 minutes d’une épicerie complète, à 10 minutes de la New River Beach où on a pu se baigner à tous les jours et à 40 minutes du petit village côtier de St-Andrew qui vaut le détour pour se sentir comme à Cape Code: restaurants, boutiques, terrasses,…. WoW ! Assurément, un bel endroit pour se ressourcer !

Breathtaking
Great stay with my husband and two children. The kids loved searching for treasures when it was low tide. The cottage is quaint, had basic amenities, very clean! We all slept very well during our stay. It was great hearing the sounds of the waves. Rosslyn was very kind and accommodating. Breathtaking views!

Wonderful experience
From the moment I arrived I knew I would not want to leave. The cottage was clean and bright and the view of the Bay is breathtaking. There were so many little welcoming details that were so appreciated. The cottage was so comfortable and we had everything we needed. I would recommend this beautiful place to anyone who wants peace and relaxation. There is a fire pit overlooking the Bay and the constant sound of the waves is total zen. There are lots of gorgeous rocks down on the beach as well as stairs to get there. There's also a pond with frogs!! They sound so cool. We enjoyed some shopping in nearby towns and went whale watching. A great week!! I hope to return. Thank you, Horace and Rosslyn

Bay of Fundy treasure
The beautifully decorated cottage was spotlessly clean, well provisioned and very comfortable, with lots of fun and humorous touches just waiting to be discovered outside. The owners live on the property, and there are neighbours close by, but they were all unobtrusive and it was mostly quiet and felt very private. The view was outstanding and the changing tides magnificent. The bullfrogs in the nearby pond just added to the peaceful ambiance when sitting on the deck, watching and listening to the ever-changing Bay. For those with minor mobility issues like myself, there are 21 sturdy steps down to the beach, then a short walk over some bigger rocks (take your time here, or take a walking stick), then it's easy walking on sand or small stones. A rockhounder's paradise, the beach offered a dazzling array of beautiful rocks just waiting to be admired, and perhaps smuggled home. Beware though, the biting bugs can be irritating if there isn't a breeze. Rosslyn was a great communicator and host, and I thank her for keeping the rental fee entirely reasonable, unlike so many other properties these days. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and can highly recommend this wonderful property.

Cute ocean cottage with just what you need
Although small, the cottage provided everything we needed for a week away. You instantly felt like you were at the beach when you walked up to the cottage and stepped inside. The beach was great for walking and offered a treasure trove to convert anyone to become a rock collector. The radio we discovered tucked away in the woods and the path to ‘Grandmas house’ peaked the imagination and made for a short adventure. I only wish there had been more walking trails to explore. All in all a great week.

Enjoyed our time at the beach
Thanks, Rosslyn, for a lovely stay! Our three year old loved the swing set in the yard! We enjoyed several fires on the beach (thanks for the marshmellow roasters) and a couple of kayaking adventures. The cottage was clean and beautifully decorated. The kitchen had what we needed. It is a small cottage, so once my daughter and I were awake, the whole family was up - but that worked out alright for us.

A little piece of Heaven

A Beautiful Spot on the water, everything you need is near by.
We couldn't have chosen a better place to stay for a week. Secluded yet open, we were only 7 minutes from a gas station/grocer store/smokehouse. The kids loved the small play structure and the beach was an easy access for 2 adults with children. Description and photos of property were exzct and there were no surprises. Have family and friends already talking g about renting it. My Dad and I drove 30 minutes and played golf at a top-rated Algonquin Golf Resort and it was a pure delight. If you golf, you need to play, amazing. Awesome week, whole family enjoyed every aspect.

Great Bay of Funday cottage rental!
The cottage was really modern, clean, and comfortable. Great internet service, great location, fantastic views, great beach, it was precisely as described in the description and I would return without hesitation. Had a restful, peaceful, relaxing couple of days. Stayed 1 Sept - 3 Sept 2020. Highly recommend.

Fantastic getaway!
Beautiful country, beautiful cottage. Everything you need for a super relaxing getaway! Weather was gorgeous. Early morning fog provided a tranquil atmosphere for early morning coffee. Lovely beach to wander and collect rocks. Location of cottage close to local seaside communities to roam through! Absolutely loved every moment. Would love to return!
