First I confirmed a king bed got 2 queens.,no king bed room available. 2nd- shower took ages to get warm 3-no body wash soap 4-grumpy wait staff at Starbucks Lastly the gentleman who checked us in was apologetic and gave us free water and an orange. My husband and I were very disappointed in the Marrott Coutyard.

Hotel was recently updated and looked very nice. The onsite bar/grill and fitness center were also nice. Rooms were tastefully decorated and beds were comfortable. Staff was friendly, attentive and accommodating. However .... the rooms are a bit noisy. When the heat came on, it was loud, then quieted down. We could also hear people noise in the hall and adjacent room- not loud but audible.

We had parked our car at the hotel. It took them an hour to pick us up; the driver kept driving past us. It was a nightmare.

Great People very helpful. Convenient shuttle. Only bad room comment was shower head in our room needed to be replaced, water pressure? Great place to stay.

I had an incident where I felt I was not being treated with respect. The person at check in, not very friendly. No smile no welcome. Did not let me know of complimentary coffe for the mornings at the lobby. Next day at the lobby I went to get coffe, and I ask how much it was, I was told in complimentary. With out looking at me. Then I wish him a nice day he won’t even look at me, I find it very disrespectful. After all it is us the guests who pay this person salary. And to not be treated with respect I find it disrespectful. I will never stay at this property again. After all there is so many more options. Thank you.

Housekeeping didn't come into our room on the second day and clean. We had to put in a complaint. Also we were able to hear the customers in the next room. They kept us up most of the night with loud voices and slamming of the door. We had to be at the airport shortly after 7, the customers next door woke us up at 3 am.

We were disappointed. We reserved a room with a king size bed. When we arrived we were told there were no more rooms with a king sized bed. How does that happen?? Also we had only decafe coffee in our room, so i had to get dressed right away and go down to the front desk to get normal coffee. Finally we found out that there was no free breakfast!!! All of the other lodgings at the airport provide a free brrakfast WE WILL NEVER STAY AT A MARRIOT COURTYARD LOCATION!!

This is a great hotel for meetings near the airport. Staff are all pleasant and helpful. Araceli at the front desk warm and welcoming. Shuttle drivers very willing to take you anywhere in the area. Rooms are nice and quiet and have shades to induce good sleep.

Very clean with big rooms. Fine for an airport hotel. I did contact the hotel to ask some questions about the airport shuttle but never heard back. Otherwise the hotel is fine for a quick visit in transit. A few minutes drive to SeaTac Airport.
