«The carriage house was clean and comfortable for the two of us. Close to grocery store, five minute bike ride. We enjoyed having the bikes to ride around in the Water Color neighborhood and to the beach. Beth was an exceptional host, made sure we had everything we needed and even came to pick us up after our dinner because the trolley had stopped operating for the evening. We enjoyed visiting with Beth and Randy, and meeting Gunner their dog.»

«We had a great time at our Wayback cottage stay! My wife had never been so it was the perfect entry to Seaside and can’t be location. Just a disclaimer this is is a max capacity of I would say 2, maybe 3 adults, or 2 adults and a child, I would not book it for a party bigger than that. There could be a bigger shower and a washer/dryer setup but other than that we had a flawless stay!»

«The condo is just as described. Beach access is very convenient although the closest one was under construction. The public beach access is just a couple blocks down, which we prefer because it has access to a bathroom. The condo was nice and the pool and laundry facilities were clean. The space is a bit cramped so I would not recommend for more than 2 people. There is really nowhere to hang clean clothes and nowhere to store suitcases so if you’re the kind of person who doesn’t like to live out ...
