Overall, a nice 3* hotel. Front desk and concierge were pleasant and helpful. Chambermaid skipped our room on our thitd day. The river view room was nice and comfortable. The view itself was meh. Although it never failed to startle when you looked up and a behemoth tanker was filling the window. They are surprisingly quiet. The room only had one comfortable chair to sit in. But the lobby more than made up for it. Access to Bay Street, and River Street were excellent. The Hyatt’s location is why we chose it in the first place and it worked as we hoped. The Moss & Oak restaurant’s food is meh. Basically, downtown prices for average food. The bar prices were more acceptable. Final note, the pillows are terrible.
