It was pretty noisy because our room was right next to the back entrance and stairs, so we could hear people coming and going.

There were lots of cockroach bodies everywhere in the lobby. And the carpet looked like it had never been cleaned since the hotel was built. The room smelt like ashes. I gave two stars for kind staff but I’ll definitely not return to this place.

Nice room, very clean. A quiet property with convenient parking. Cleaning staff had neglected to leave soap, shampoo, etc in the bathroom. Some parts of the facility were under renovation (exercise room).

I don’t generally post negative reviews but traveling with a family of 4, I booked this property specifically because it could accommodate us comfortably. Had booked king room with a kitchenette and a pull out couch. I called twice to confirm the room. After checking in and arriving at the room, I was informed the room type was not available. No pull out couch or kitchenette. I had to seek persistently seek out bedding, towels. There were sticky traps in the room and we had an encounter with a cockroach. On the 3rd day we requested the room to be cleaned. That only consisted of taking out bathroom trash and taking but not replenishing bath towels! In the end we were given pool towels. On the plus side, staff are friendly, apologetic but not amply staffed to support guest needs with housekeeping.

I was working in the area and found this hotel. It was very convenient to locks restaurants and my job site. While staying there I had a family issue and had people calling but I wasn’t at the hotel. My phone was dead and since I was at the casino i lost track of time. When I got back to the hotel I was informed by Zachery that I had many phone calls and that I should check in with my family. Some of my relatives don’t speak English so Zachery took the multiple messages and made sure I was able to call them back. Good news, my niece was born healthy, 8lbs 7oz. Also great buffet breakfast!

Absolutely hate checking in with a machine. I want a live person. Sometimes hard to hear the person in that thing they call what? Efficient, cost effective? Not the customer service I'm used to, and I travel quite a lot.

Saratoga Springs for our nephew!
We arrived a little early and the front desk woman (Jess) was and is amazing. She promptly checked us in and even advised us of all the things going on in town and made us feel sooooo welcomed. She even signed us up for the rewards program. We are going to be staying here from now on!!!!!
