Hôtel bien située centralement dans Sarasota. Autoroutes accessibles rapidement. Nous avons eu une chambre très propre et rénovée. Possibilité de déjeuner près du lobby le matin. Le même choix de nourriture revient chaque matin mais c’est tout de même apprécié…surtout pour les gauffres qu’ on peut se faire avec leur machine. Le point faible est que le lavabo est entre la salle de bain et la chambre plutôt que dans la salle de bain même. Piscine extérieure propre et appréciée aussi !

I did not enjoy the main desk staffed remotely and the doors unlocked/unguarded. However, when the desk kiosk was used, the remote staff promptly responded. Nonetheless, I felt less secure than if a person was present at the desk.

The staff served two hotels—one next to this one. I don’t blame them at all. I blame Wyndham. They purchase all the hotels in the area and stuck a small limited staff with the responsibility. Any improvements Wyndham bank-rolled were purely cosmetic. They painted and landscaped. The entire HVAC system sucks. The first floor, where I first had a room and then changed it to upstairs because of wet sheets and water on the floor, was a nightmare. The rates, driven up by Spring Break, were outrageous. This hotel sucks. Again, not the staff’s fault. It’s Wyndham. Wyndham had a lot of damn nerve to charge what they did for a two night stay. Avoid this hotel, and it’s next door property.

This has to be the worst checkin experience ever. Have to talk via video conference to a person, goodness knows where they are. So slow, creepy almost and the connections keeps dropping out. Takes about 20 minutes, queue was out the door. Absolutely no one to talk to, call the numbers just goes dead. Wifi only worked one day for a few hours, then nothing. Unless you are desperate avoid at all costs, cancelled all forward bookings with Wyndham because of this.

Hotel is run down and out of date. Rooms are old looking and uncomfortable. Service is via online. No one is wkriig the front counter. No securities with no one at feont counter. Check in is via kiosk. Breakfast was just waffles and cereal, with some drink options. Not worth it.

We had bugs in the bathroom fridge didn't work for the first night,floors not clean, took over half an hour for someone to figure out how to get into the pool area. Definitely will not stay here again

Newly renovated. I only saw 2 human employees during my 3 night stay. Front desk was "automated" (like on Zoom). Room did have desk, fridge, microwave, and (inconveniently) placed safe. No closet or drawers, just hangars and hooks.

The Front Desk was virtual, but that worked ok from the portal in the lobby. I could not reach the Front Desk from my room phone. The portal machine provided room key, receipt, and a web camera showing the personnel. I ordered my wake up call from the portal too.

THE WORST
The smell was horrible. The floors had crap everywhere. There was TWO towells in the bathroom. There wa sticky stuff all over the table, along with left over food crumbs on the floor. The staff (virtual) was ridiculous, and to not tell people up front about pricving is unprofessional. I also was supposed to have a AAA rate, which they didnt give. I will have to contact the bank. Im beyond disgusted with the place. The pictures WERE NOTHING like wahts online

The place was under renovation and there was a strong smell of paint. Paint splatters and construction dust everywhere. Ice machines on all the floors not working. Did not have enough towels, some were brought up later. Not sure how i feel about a virtual check-in attendant, it may be a novelty but after a long drive having to deal with that was not welcoming. Over all, very dissapointing, will not stay again

It was clean but the surrounding area was dirty. Also the breakfast not even a coffee. And one family was using the two tables.

Unsafe location go to the Quality next door.
There’s no attendant in the evening anywhere on site. Numerous individuals making noise in the halls at midnight and only a screen at the main desk to contact anyone. From a 1st responders point, very unsafe.

They’re trying.
I know they’re still recovering from the hurricane so the virtual computer check in is understandable. The condition isn’t the best but it looks like they’re trying to restore it as quickly as they can. The beds were comfortable and everything worked but the mildew smell was hard to overcome. Take air freshener!!!

Room air conditioner leaking water in the floor and curtains could not close due to one side unattached to the rod. Will not be staying at a days end in the future
