Et hotell som ved bestilling virket bra, men som i virkeligheten er dårligere enn det man får inntrykk av. En av personene i resepsjonen virket lite imøtekommende og lite kundevennlig. Aircondition sto på for fullt da vi kom inn på rommet. Det var is kaldt og ikke minst veldig rå luft i rommet da vi kom inn. Sengetøyet var helt rått da vi la oss. Basseng og utearealet var veldig bra. Personalet var lite hjelpsomme og kunne ikke engang hjelpe oss med å bestille taxi til flyplassen. Det måtte vi gjøre på nabohotellet. Betjeningen på hotellet burde gå et kurs i kundebehandling. Kona og jeg anbefaler ikke dette hotellet. Velg heller nabohotellet Embessy suites. Må si at selve hotellet var en nedtur. Utearealet var veldig bra.

This property is located in a gated community and not close to any tourist attractions besides beautiful beaches it has to offer. The best thing about this location is the pool and the private beach however if you lose the key to access it it will cost $50 at checkout. The hotel is also an apartment complex and one of the residents near our room was having major remodeling done and we could hear the noise early in the morning, staff at the front desk is great at greeting but has no patience if you ask about things to do in the area they just directed me to a screen they have available.

What I liked is the security of the area and the service. What I didn't like was the buildings interior and exterior maintenance. It looks rundown. The rooms and bathrooms need major updating.

Hay q darle mas mantenimiento a las habitaciones. Nos quedamos en la 357 la puerta d entrada d la manera q fue instalada dejaron mucho espacio el cual entra mucha claridad a la hr d dormir. 2 La puerta d baño se queda trancada. 3. La pluma d baño no esta instalada correctamente la usas y t la puedes llevar contigo d lo suelta q esta. 4. Personal d restaurante area piscina. Hay un caballero gordito blanquito q d verdad no creo q esta en el trabajo correcto servicio al cliente no es su fuerte. D lo demas todo bn nos hemos quedado en ese varias ocaciones ya q es nuestro favorito pero si he notado q hace años q no le dan cariñito al hotel. Espero q mi opinion sea d ayuda para futuras estadias d hecho eramos dos reservaciones joseph evelyn mena y johanna mena.

So let’s start with the bad. The only issue I had was the telephone in the room was not working and it was an inconvenience when I needed something. Reported it everyday and it was only fixed the day before I left. I stayed 3 nights. Good- the staff is super nice very helpful. The facility is not newly built but it’s clean. Located in excellent area. Lots to do around and on the property very beautiful grounds, clean room, I would recommend here to anyone and this is where I will stay whenever I go back to PR. Well worth more than the money u pay

Very disappointed after a long day of traveling. They had signs for the ice machine and vending machine but there was none except we found one ice machine on the 3rd floor. The room was ok but very old and run down and needs a lot of updating. Also, they had no market items at the front desk except maybe ice cream in a cooler.

What i didnt like was the pool area was shared with another hotel wich all the services was from the other hotel so the was no amenities for this hotel it was just a room ro atay in to enjoy the area you had to go to the other hotel overall the atay was peacefull and nice

This place seems very old and unclean as well as we were placed next to the lobby and all you can hear is everyone yelling or talking very loud. We could barely sleep because of the noise.
