«Nice part of San Francisco. Easy to get to the hotel. Walking distance to the Pier. Very few homeless people on the wharf or around the hotel. WONDERFUL staff - extremely nice, friendly, professional, and very welcoming. The hotel is lovely. The rooms are very nice. And they have a great outdoor area for enjoying several fire pits, music, appetizers and drinks. The service is exceptional. And I love the valet service. A truly pleasant stay when going to San Francisco. I would strongly recommend ...

«Bad news first - this hotel has two major drawbacks: it offers shared bathroms only (not ensuite), and has zero sound insulation between rooms (if the guest next door farts, or turns around in their bed, you will hear it). Despite this, I must admit I was completely charmed by the place.
