The hotel it self is nice but would not say four star hotel. Nice reception area. Friendly staff. No minibar or fridge in room frisge you need to call the reception to get. I mainly booked the hotel because they had a heated outdoor swimmingpool. The swimming pool was there but not heated. If you book a room with partly ocean view, you can almost not spot the ocean. No heating in bathroom. If you ask in reception they do have some discount vouchers for restaurants nearby. But I mean why ask and not just get it by check in?

Bra hotell.
Bra hotell med meget god beliggenhet. Gåavstand til Fishermans Wharf og Chinstown. Ikke mulig å kjøpe kaffe på hotellet utenom frokosttid selv om baren ved resepsjonen var åpen.

Good location but zero soundproofing in the two rooms my family stayed in. Surrounding area is extremely loud until the early hours of the morning and the noise comes straight in through the old, poor quality windows.

This hotel had the most fees I've ever encountered at any hotel I've ever stayed at in my whole life. There was a destination fee then a tax on it. There was a sustainability fee then a tax on that. Then a parking fee and a tax on that. Just very overpriced and unnecessary in my opinion. I had the worst sleep I've ever had here. The pillows were flat and the sheets sounded like when you crumble up paper every time one of us moved and I'm light sleeper so it was horrible. There was no comforter on the beds and I had to request blankets. The room was small and we were on the first floor when I would've preferred to be on a high floor. It was someone above us that sounded like they were moving furniture. The water machine by our room was broken. Just a lot of issues. The only good things about this hotel that was beneficial to us was the location being walkable to restaurants, them having games for kids, the gym, and the complimentary tea. I can't say that the good outweighed the bad so I wouldn't stay here again.

The property was really nice and clean. Few little issues were no vending machines and the snack area closes randomly between 9 and 10. Also was woken up everyday at 5am by the garbage truck in the laneway Not much the hotel can do about that but it’s constant

Terrible experience. We were overcharged by $300 and the manager was rude and not very helpful at all. Not once did they apologize for the inconvenience. They tried to tell me the charge was normal until I explained it for the fifth time and they said well your bank will return the money to you under their own process.

It was noisy, the cable car /bus noise. The vanity was small, light in the bathroom was dim and ac in room was loud. It was clean and we stayed two nights, so we could tour the area . There is a good breakfast restaurant 8AM across the street from it was really good! The staff was friendly and helpful!

Das Hotel an sich ist ok, jedoch sind 75$ pro Nacht für einen Parkplatz, der direkt an der Straße liegt und ungesichert ist (bis auf eine Schranke, um die man herumlaufen kann) eine Frechheit. Das Zimmer hat nicht mal einen Kühlschrank und die Umgebung ist alles andere als schön. Einziger Pluspunkt ist die Nähe zur Fisherman’s Wharf.

My wife and I are in our 70’s and we flew in from Canada and used BART from the airport to the hotel and topped up our cards to return to the airport the same way by train. My wife talked to a young women at the front desk and told us the train station opened at 4 am which was good because our plane was scheduled for 6:30 am and she ordered a taxi for 3:30 am in the morning. The taxi came on time and dropped us at the train station (Embarcadero?) but we found it closed! We stood on the street corner in the dark with all our luggage and felt extremely vulnerable. We found out the train did not open up for business until 5 am and this would be too late for us as we would miss our plane. We called for another taxi and just made it to the airport on time. Please ensure staff are familiar with BART operating hours. I don’t know why they operate a train service that does not help people leaving on early flights out of SFO and they need to make people know this ahead of time or better still open the train service up at 4 am.

The cleaning staff were great. The front desk staff were a bit hit or miss - a couple were friendly and helpful and a couple seemed like they didn’t even want to be there. Our room needed repairs; there were dents in the ceilings and the walls. The floors are uneven and our door didn’t auto shut, we had to pull it shut to make sure it latched. The amenities are only OK, I expected more and have received more from comparable hotels. The location is great, close to the wharf and bus stops taking us anywhere we wanted to go. Overall, it was good but I wouldn’t classify it as exceptional.

Great hotel; would stay again. Location ten minute walk from Fisherman’s Wharf and Ghirardelli Sqaure and other big attractions. Rooms are spacious, clean and well furnished. Lobby and other common areas have good seating and many games. Only concern is that the lights in the bathroom have a timer and motion sensor positioned around the corner from the toilet and shower, but there is no signage to indicate that. As a result, multiple members of our family had the lights shut off while they were in the shower, leaving them in total darkness. And that was quite dangerous for my 90 year old mother.

Loved the games area. Beautiful rooms and property overall, great service! I wish the pool was warmer or had a hot tub. Also our room overlooked an alleyway and was quite noisy at night, so I would not suggest a room on that side of the building (room numbers in the 240s). Lastly the water pressue wasn't very good.

Das Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen. Unser Zimmer war sauber und das Personal freundlich. Parkplätze sind vor dem Hotel vorhanden. Leider gab es keinen Kühlschrank im Zimmer, jedoch konnte man sich an der Eismaschine Eis holen. Uns hat auch etwas der Rauchgeruch im Bad gestört, der durch die Lüftung kam. Ansonsten aber wirklich ein tolles Hotel!

There was a hidden “amenities” fee that was disclosed when we arrived. It was $30/da for WiFi and bikes I had no interest in using.

10/10 recommend! Would definitely stay here again. Perfect if traveling with kids! The lobby has something for everyone. Bar, games and activities for adults and kids, very family friendly. Hotel was super clean, once you walk into the lobby, there is a very nice scent. A lot of things are in walking distance, and if needing to park, parking space was spacious.

週末だったので混み合っており、お部屋のアップグレードはされていなかったようですがアーリーチェックインと提携レストランの割引は受ける事ができました。部屋の広さは十分で朝のコーヒーサービスと夜のミルクのサービスも有り難かったです。ミュニメトロの始発駅も直ぐで便利です。スーパーや飲食店も徒歩圏内にあります。スタッフの皆さんがどの方に会っても気持ちよく分かりやすく説明してくださり快適に過ごす方ができました。価格に十分見合うのではないでしょうか。またサンフランシスコに来る際にはお世話になりたいとも思っています。有り難うございました。
