My car got broken into in the garage and the staff seemed very put out to give me a later check out to deal with the police. They gave me until 1pm but as I was packing up to check out at 12:45, the alarm in the room started going off very high pitched-only in my room. I’m a bonvoy member and generally have great experiences but this one was just not it.

The hotel was really nice and the service was great! I would recommend the breakfast at the hotel. With all the hustle and bustle of the riverwalk and downtown area, our room was still quiet and also close to everything with a short walk.

Beautiful property So elegant and high class. Love the greeting from staff, Irene at front desk was So helpful and welcoming treated us like if we knew each other for ever , like family . Rooms are beautiful and comfy beds are so restful. Love the balcony and view to the riverwalk . The access to riverwalk and the tables at the riverwalk sidewalk so peaceful environment that we enjoyed our glass of wine and view . The bar inside the hotel is excellent. The front entrance is So elegant and adorable for pictures with glass windows view to the river.

Wonderful hotel and staff but could have better room accommodations with regards to bathroom lighting so dim, better quality pillows, fabric softener on towels so not so stiff and crunchy.

We loved staying at the Westin Riverwalk this past weekend. It was right on the river, super peaceful and staff was excellent. I wanted to specifically point out the cleanliness of the lobby area and how amazing it smelled as soon as you walk into the hotel.

The hotel located in a good area. Staffs are good. Generally it is good. However, you will have to watch out little hidden charges from the hotel. They are even worse than those sketchy hotels. They will charge you to use wifi and never tell you that, however they would advertise free wifi and Breakfast available but NOTHING COME WITH IT. FAULT ADVERTISING.

The property was nice, but I had to call for two days in a row to get my room cleaned. The first day when I called at 4pm, I was asked if I had the do not disturb sign on my door. I said no, I didn't put the sign on the door. I thought that question was out of line. They simply missed my room and did not apologize for the question or them missing the room only that they would talk to the house cleaning manager. Luckily, 40 minutes later they sent someone up to clean the room. The second day I called, my family and I left the room at 9:15 only to return around 3 pm and once again the room has not been cleaned. So, once again I called housekeeping and the gentleman that answered the phone this time, apologized and said he would send someone up immediately. Someone did arrive and clean the room. The fact that my room was missed twice is inexcusable. I frequent Marriott often and have never had an experience like this.
