The bed wasn't comfortable and the room doesn't seem clean as they used brown color blankets.

Everything was cheap ie; toilet paper was so thin you could almost see through it mattress thin, blankets same. Sink had so many cracks I'm surprised it didn't leak. I'd never go back or recommend it

The rooms are an excellent value. I rooms are spotless. The staff are very polite and helpful. I will definately stay here again.

You know what youre getting at the Regeant, but it was clean. The guy working at the front desk called me before I had gone to the hotel to say that I had booked two rooms through two 3rd party sites, which was untrue. I only booked though Expedia so it was definitely a mistake on their end. He was very rude on the phone, he kept interrupting me and speaking over me and was incredibly disrespectful. When I checked in with my male partner, it was a different scenario. Zero respect for women but not much to say when i didnt show up alone.

Hi Tara, first of all I'm sorry to hear about your negative experience at the Regent Motel due to the misunderstanding regarding reservation. Lot's of time people book their reservation with debit card and didn't show up and we hold room for them. Our intention is not to make our customer unhappy but if you still feel that way then i feel sorry once again. Hope you understand. Thank you for choosing Regent motel. This motel may show its age, but it is easily accessible, is affordable and clean and comfortable. The staff met me as I arrived and made me feel welcome.

Nice little place if you’re just looking for a night away, if you want to feel like you’re being pelted while showering this is also just the place for you, our room also didn’t have any lights and all around black out curtains which was strange. The room itself was an average good room you’d expect from a non life threatening motel. Overall a good experience, pretty slow checkin and first time I’ve ever had a place take every piece of info off my license then write it on paper and keep it. So that’s kinda sketchy but it was nice.

You really need to freshen everything. Everything looks beyond old. I know this is a cheap place to stay but there are some changes that wouldn't cost too much. But the fellow that runs the place was very friendly and nice.

Got here and couldn’t check in, no one told me I had to be here before midnight any other hotel they would get up and check me in seeing how is he’s right here.

It is clearly mentioned on website check in before Midnight. you showed up at 3am. Atleast if you coming late give us a call so someone can wait for you.
