Ekstraservice og perfekt beliggenhet
Hotellet ligger sentralt i forhold til sentrum og til kommunikasjonsmidler som trikk og tog. Kort vei til alt, og midt i shoppingområdene med gågater og kjøpesentre. Vi opplevde svært god service fra betjeningen og ekstra oppfølging da en i vårt reisefølge ble syk under oppholdet. Restauranten serverer god frokost og er også et bra alternativ for lunsj og middag. Vi ser ingen grunn til å velge andre hotell i Rotterdam enn dette.

Fint moderne hotell
Fantastisk service, ble oppgradert. Vet ikke om deg var pga et problem med booking, eller mye ledige rom. Veldig hyggelig personale. Litt vanskelig å finne hotellet da ikke kartet på mobilen fungerte, men ellers helt topp!

Never got the chance to stay at the hotel since they decided that my room was the one that was being ''refurbished'' and therefore did not have any other room for me. They were not able to get in touch with me because they did not have any contact dets, they said. Not what Hotels.com says. So Hilton decided to book me at another hotel without informing me. If they were not able to get in touch with me, why didn't they give away a room to someone they were able to contact? I tavel gegularly in my work and private, and this is the kind of service that really ..... me off, especially since u book well in advance and you don't hear anything before you stand in the reception. So be aware, next time it might be you. I will for sure keep this in mind next I am going to book a hotel. Hilton will not be on top of my list.

Sentralt i Rotterdam
To netter fra lørdag til mandag. Enkel og rask innsjekking. Rommet var rent og pent, og alt i alt var oppholdet fint. Meget god frokost. Et par små ting som trekker ned: wifi er meget dyrt, minibaren var full og kunne ikke brukes til å kjøpe egne varer.

Et veldrevet og solid hotel
Vi kom fra jernbanen, og hadde litt vanskelig for å se hotellskilt eller lignende på den siden vi kom, det var lite merker og ikke noe skilt høyt på bygget som på den andre siden. Betjeningen var hyggelig og hjelpsom, det var gode senger og fine hodeputer (spesielt viktig for oss), rommet var svært komfortabelt med god plass, med et godt bad og en flott dusj. Frokosten smakte veldig godt og hadde fint utvalg. Det lå fint for oss nær jernbanen, og i et hyggelig og variert område av byen. Vi hadde et utmerket opphold.

Generally a very good hotel with friendly and flexible staff. We checked in early and out late. To require € 20/day for wifi-access is unnecessary and frustrating in 2015.

Bestillingen kom ikke riktig igjennom
Bestillingen ifra Hotels.com kom ikke riktig igjennom til Hotellet. De hadde ikke fått med seg at Frokost og Wifi var inkludert i min bestilling. Men dette ble rettet med en gang jeg viste dem min avtale med Hotel.com. Litt heftelse men ikke noe problem. Hotel er utmerket og med en god frokost.
