This was never reported, we have never seen mice onsight as pest control are very demanding in supporting threir services here. Would have been nice to be informed

Thjanks Charlotte for the review-how many did you try to fit in the pool? it can fit up to 5 people easily its quite big. The sulfur unfortunately eats away at all things chrome in the units-its just what it does. Yes we do need an upgrade and that will be happening once the new 40 units have been completed this year. Your neighbours had children and children love to scream and play, mush the same age as yours. Thanks anyway , again thanks for the review very helpful indeed

We cant please veryone, however we have taken this on board, checked and realise the comment before you; had the same room that you took. Thanks so much for the informative review- Yes we do have to replace our untensils often as guests seem to forget to remove them from their luggage. Our microwaves are replaced every 3 months as the sulfur in rotorua upsets the chrome or appliances.

Thanks so much Russel. Glad it was the aircon issue as you had a great newly refurbed room. We dont advertise aircon, so you would have known this before booking. Aircon units suffer with our sulfur and causes so many issues for the owners and users. Revamp is happening, there will be no playground out the front soon as 40 more units will be built there over the next 12 months.

You never told or mentioned anything at all...I do apologise you felt let down by our service, however I can say we shine in this area. Maybe a language barrier. I would like to post the "filthy" linen that was left for us to throw out. The makeup and bowel stained towels..Towels are for drying not to be used as toilet paper. Feedback is great, thankyou

OMG-Thanks so much for the feedback. That would typicaly suggest why you cancelled a few hours earlier into the next day instead of the 24 hours notice that is required. Hoping the walk set the heart rate better. It would have been kinder to tell us while you were in the office for that whole time and a return visit for the WArehouse bottle. FYI: We are building 40 units in the front this year .

OMG, I am astounded. The beds are brand new, from hospitality suppliers. Vendella actually. You chose a very busy period and we were unable to put you in another room with the same beds. However our staff member did mention this to you and offered you another place to stay if you chose to. At that stage you said no and agreed to stay..You did book for 2 Adults and 2 children knowing there were only 2 x queen beds in the unit..BUT your adult children chose to sleep together. I do hope you have a successful 2024 and your life just blossoms.
