Sømløs service i flotte omgivelser
Dette er et ekte 5-stjerners hotell. Service og kvalitet er godt gjennomført! Alle som jobber ved hotellet viser genuin serviceinnstilling, og dette er en av de beste hotellopplevelsene jeg har hatt. Rommet var i akkurat passe størrelse, renholdet var veldig bra utført til enhver tid, og hele hotellet er velholdt og rent. Omgivelsene både ute og inne er veldig flotte! Utvalget på frokost var basert rundt brød og bakervarer, så for meg med intoleranse ble det litt snevert - men igjen, jeg er sikker på at kjøkkenet hadde ordnet noe for meg om jeg spurte :) Spaet var lite, men rent og avslappende. Massasjen jeg fikk var veldig bra, faktisk den beste jeg har hatt. Alt har flytt veldig godt gjennom hele oppholdet, alle ansatte hadde den informasjonen de trengte for å tilrettelegge for et godt og sømløst opphold. Vi var på kjærestetur, og hadde et helt fantastisk opphold på Gran Melia Agrippina, tusen takk! Anbefales på det sterkeste! Randi

Veldig høy pris i forhold til opplevd verdi
Fantastisk beliggenhet i forhold til Romas attraksjoner. Veldig bra standard på restaurant/frokost/svømmebasseng/uteområde. God service og oppmerksom betjening. Rommet var altfor lite for to voksne og et barn. Totalt sett står ikke verdien i forhold til prisen; ble tilbudt et noe større rom til 200 € ekstra pr natt.

Sentralt i Roma, men også flott, grønt og «luftig»
Hadde gleden av å være her med familien i forkant av en jobbreise. Svært godt fornøyd med hotellet: fine rom, store og innbydende fellesarealer, godt utstyrt frokost, god restaurant, veldig god servic, ordentlig SPA og - det som barna virkelig satte pris på - stort og innbydende svømmebasseng og parkanlegg.

Flott bassengområde og servicenivå
Fantastisk bassengområde og servicenivå. Merk imidlertid at øvrige fasiliteter ikke er tilrettelagt for «sol og bad» - man må feks gjennom resepsjonsområdet dersom man er ved bassenget og skal skifte eller på toalettet. Standardrom er relativt trangt, og fancy løsninger av type skyvedør inn til toalett er ikke like brukervennlig som estetisk. God mat, men en del ting er latterlig overpriset. 8 euro for en kaffe. 8 euro for et lite glass eplejuice. Vi hadde frokost inkludert, men stekte egg og eggerøre er ikke inkludert i buffeten. Det er for dårlig på et 5-stjerners.

Urban Luxus resort ikke for familier
En luksusresdortsom profilerer seg med flott utendørs basseng og topp standard spa avdeling bør fortelle at basenget ute ikke er oppvarmet og derfor ikke kan brukes for andre en isbadere etter august måned. Vi valge hotellet pga. av bademuligheter når vi dro på storbyferie til Roma. Det viste seg å bli en stor nedtur for barna. Det bør også opplyses om at barn/unge under 16 år ikke har adgang til spaavdelingen. Vi hadde oppgradert til Red Level hvor spa var inkludert og hadde da aldri gjort dette hvis vi viste at våre jenter på 10 og 12 ikke kunne bruke disse fasilitetene heller. For 7.000 kr døgnet sitter vi igjen med en følelese av å være lurt. Så barnefamili er "stay away from Gran Melia Rome". Gourmetrestauranten var veldig bra og kan anbefales. Der fikk barna være med (kanskje ikke så rart når det koster 1500 kr pr. kuvert i snitt).

Fantastisk hotell, alt er upåklagelig! Ligger rett ved Vatikanet som er fantastisk, men er desverre en litt lenger tur for å komme til andre siden hvor du har feks Colosseum, spansketrappen osv. Service, renslighet var upåklagelig, er også et helt nydelig hotell utseendemessig. Men, det er ekstremt dyrt. En 250 ml cola kostet 8 euro, en liter vann 6 euro, drinker 14 euro.

Veldig flott beliggenhet. Topp med et grønt uteområde med pool samtidig som det ligger så sentralt som det gjør.

Bra hotell, men ikke hva jeg forventet I forhold til prisnivået. Badstu og dampbad var 20 Eur ekstra per person per dag, som var dårlig opplyst om på forhånd, og strengt tatt noe man burde forvente var inkludert. Hadde ikke mulighet til styking av skjorter, kun laundry service til 10 EUR ekstra per skjorte. Internett var dårlig, og vanskeliggjorde jobbing. Pool-området var veldig bra, og veldig fine uteområder. Rommet var også veldig fint, om enn noe lite.

Et ypperlig hotell, gjør oppholde perfekt
som 30 års gave til min kone tenkte jeg at Roma var en flott by å besøke, etter lengre tid med leting fant jeg Gran Melia Rome. hadde aldri hørt om det før men en ting skal sies, Makan til service og pampering skal du lete lenge etter til en fornuftig pris. prisen er litt høyere, men hvis du vil oppleve Roma fra sitt best så book deg inn på dette hotellet og la hotellets personale hjelpe deg med å planlegge dagen dine. de gjør alt fra å legge opp sightseeing ruter i Roma til å booke bord på restauranter ordner med skyss og legger alt til rette for at du som gjest skal få den beste opplevelsen. og orker du ikke gå ut å spise har hotellet 2 restauranter en vanlig og en gourmet restaurant. hvis du føler for litt kroppslig plei har de et massivt spa tilbud, samt eget trenings studio. mitt opphold var rett å slett fantastisk, og mye av æren skal dette Hotellet ha for den servicen de ga.

Fint hotell med praktisk beliggenhet
Personale svært hyggelig. Men internettet var dårlig, og det samme gjaldt aircondition, noe vi gå melding om flere ganger uten at noe skjedde. Når en skal gjøre litt jobb og er avhengig av gode internettforbindelser, er det for dårlig at dette ikke fungerer optimalt på et 5 -sjernes hotel. I tillegg ble avisen lagt feil to dager. Holder ikke. Ellers var det ikke noe å utsette på fasilitetene, ei heller plasseringen.

Fredelige omgivelser midt i Roma
I forbindelse med feiring av min 60-årsdag, reiste mannen min og jeg i september i år på en halvannen ukes tur til Italia, hvorav 4 dager var lagt til Roma. Gran Melia i Roma var et suverent hotell å bo på med hensyn på avstand til severdighetene i byen. Det var ikke nødvendig med hverken taxi eller annen transport for besøk til disse. Videre var hotellet skjermet fra trafikkstøy og hadde en stor og fin hage med basseng, egentlig ganske utrolig i hjertet av Roma. Det var herlig etter mange timers spaserturer å slå seg ned på en solseng og ta en avkjølende dukkert i bassenget.

We stayed in hotels all over Italy and this one by far was the best! The staff was insanely amazing. Extremely attentive and exceeded our expectations. The property is gorgeous.
