Good Hotel
Good Hotel with friendly staff and good breakfast buffe. The only issue is that the hotel is outside Rome, and you depend on the train (2 times in an hour and no late train) to get to Metro in city.

Vennlig og greie staff. Gjennomsnttlig positive med dette hotellet. Belligenheten er ikke tilrettelagt for en 4 stjerne hotell, lite info. fra resepsjonister i fbm. transport fra og til hotellet, ellers har de gjennomsnittlig god service, renhold i rom er ikke spesielle imponert, frokost er ensidig og er meget kjedelig, bar prise er stiv, sengen i hotellet er trolig den mest ubehagelige jeg noensinne har opplevd. Varmevann er ustabil. Ventilasjon/ air. con er ikke i den standard som vi vil betale for en 4 stjerne hotell. Safe virke ikke. Maur kryper overalt på gulv og i sengen/-sofa da vi kom. Vi fikk byttet rom da vi tok kontakt med resepsjon. Hvis du besøker Roma som turist, jeg foreslår at du tror ikke bo her. Jeg kunne også snakke om restaurant, som serverer ganske noe av den verste maten jeg har opplevd likevel, for ikke å snakke om Italia. Igjen de ansatte var veldig snille, og vinen var også fint (og ganske billig) men det var alt var bra med det. Jeg vil gi dette hotellet én stjerne, bortsett fra at av Roma standarder det er relativt billig, og det er helt klart holdt rent og ryddig. Fikk valget, har jeg ikke lyst og kommer tilbake.

Dear Guest, Thank you for leaving a review on the website. It helps us understanding where we have to strengthen our weaknesses and where we already are strong. I'm sorry you did'nt find suitable to your needs the hotel location. Although the hotel disposes of a shuttle bus to the city centre I understand it may not suit your necessities to reach the centre. Novotel outside Rome
We were given the impression that this hotel was situated in Rome, The location info refers to Colosseum and Roman Forum as "closeby ", regional attractions.And the map shows 2 metro stops very close to the hotel.In fact, we hade to take the train for 25 min. to get to the nearest Metro stop. For a surcharge guests have access to a shuttle bus that will take you to Rome- close to Termini, but you have to sign up for the ride in very good time to get seats. Otherwise the hotel was a nice family hotel, quiet and clean.

The hotel is far from the city center. Depending on where you want to go, and the time of the day, you may have to estimate double the time due to traffic. We had our own car, so it was not a problem for us. The personnel at the restaurant was very kind.

the hotel is good and the staff is great. Breakfast is good and the bar and restaurant are good also. If you want to stay close to the center of Rome this is not the hotel unless you have a Car rental and plant on Uber. there is a train station close but it will take you a couple of transfers and over 1h to get to the center

Staff is friendly and helpful but the hotel is in need of a major renovation. Too far from Everything. Inconvenient. No AC after midnight. Yeah! They turn off the air conditioner between midnight and 6:00 am. It is unbearably humid and if you open the window you will get eaten alive by mosquitoes. Be ready to spend at least $100 euros a day getting to and from hotel to center of Rome.

Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Struttura all'uscita del raccordo con ampio parcheggio anche coperto gratuito. Camere datate ma soprattutto il bagno e la moquette; per il retto letto comodo e colazione abbondante e adatta per tutti i gusti. Se serve ci ritornerò per soggiorni brevi come questo

The hotel is far from the city of Rome. Nothing nearby no resturants no supermarket, etc. It is not very clean.

l'hotel si trova nel rione La Rustica di Roma ed è piuttosto complicato raggiungere il centro, l'area è piuttosto degradata e la sera è poco raccomandabile
