Ok sted med super beliggenhet.
Hyggelig sted med ok rom og hyggelig betjening. Det er imidlertid ikke egentlig noe hotell, bare noen rom i tredje etasje sentralt i Roma. Inngangen fra gaten er helt nøytral, uten ringeklokke eller andre tegn på stedet. Man er avhengig av avtale med eieren for å komme inn første gang før man får nøkkel og dørkoder. Ingen heis, bare en trapp opp til 3. etasje. Vi var imidlertid godt fornøyde med oppholdet, men forventer man et tradisjonelt hotell med resepsjon og fellesområder mm bør man velge noe annet.

Flott beligghenhet.
Fint opphold med hyggelig betjening som kun er der på dagtid (du får tildelt nøkkel). De arrangerer god flyplasstransport. Rommet er stort, men i forhold til prisen er baderommet i dårlig stand. Kaldt i oktober og upålitlig tilstrømmning av varmtvann.

The host gave us accurate information on how to check in after hours which was nice. Lots of stairs to get to room. Room was spacious and adequate. Liked the fridge stocked with beverage and treats. Convenient location. If you need quiet accommodations this is not the place for you however it was nice and in a great location.

Marco made our stay in the historical Navona Tower Relais an experience to remember. He answered every question and printed out our boarding passes at home and brought them to us at the hotel on his day off, set up car service to and from the hotel, recommended awesome places to eat, and sites to see. He made our stay very memorable. We stayed in the Michelangelo room that was very spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The ladies who took care of our room each day were great and did a wonderful job. In short, the staff were amazing, the location couldn’t be any better, and when I’m in Rome again we will be staying at the Navona Tower Relais.

This location is perfect for sightseeing in Rome, centrally located, allowing for easy access to many famous and historic points of interest within walking distance. The two bedroom room/apartment was great for our family of four. Plenty of dining and shopping located nearby, as well as nightlife. Price seems very reasonable for the location and accommodations provided. Some potential cons to consider: Hotel staff aren’t always on the premises and an appointment must be made for check-in. Location has some nightlife nearby, which could be a positive if your interested or not if you just want to get some rest. The stairwell to the rooms/apartments looks a little rough, but we found the rooms to be clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice room, good for families. Downsides are it is far from bus and metro stops, and lots of stairs (no elevators). However, close to lots of restaurants and safe location. Can walk everywhere. Staff were super friendly and helpful, easy check in.

숙소가 정말 깨끗하고 주변 접근성이 좋아요. 체크인부터 체크아웃까지 매일 친절하셨고 매일 물과 주스를 무료 리필해주셔서 잘 마셨어요. 주변도 안전하고 숙소에서 정말 푹 쉬었습니다. 다음에 로마에 와도 여기 묵을 것 같아요.

Great location, but no sleep because of noise
Great location and the staff at check in were great. I had to contact them during my stay and they were very responsive and helpful. There’s no permanent reception so every is via the phone and checkin is via appointment. The apartment was comfortable and has everything you need. Bathroom had lots of mould high up on walls. The big problem was that noise from the street and surrounding bars at night. Especially Friday and Saturday. The windows are super thin and block almost no noise so you’ll have the pleasure of thumping music and no sleep until at least 2am. And then you have all the noise of people leaving bars / shouting / breaking glass for the next hour, followed by the glass bins being collected around 5am. It was so bad after 2 nights we decided to leave a day early and book another hotel. When we contacted the hotel to let them know they were very responsive and tried to help. They offered another room in the building or a room at another site and a taxi transfer at their expense. When we looked at reviews of the other site we decided against it as they were not good. When we asked about moving to another room in the building (as offered 30mins earlier) we were told it was miraculously not available. Stay here for the location and if you don’t mind sleeping in a nightclub.

Michelangelo room was great. Spacious with everything you needed and really quiet. Marco was an incredible host. Wanted to do everything he could to give us a wonderful stay. The location was fabulous right near piazza novona. So so happy with our choice. And stop by next door for a drink at iFratellini where Lorenzo runs a beautiful place.

Too loud
Booked a two night stay but left after the first night because it was impossible to sleep with the noise. The restaurants/bars below us were blasting music until 2 am. The bed was so uncomfortable. They could easily buy a new comfortable bed with the amount I was charged for just one night.

Another good stay....
I have now stayed at this property 4x, in 3 different rooms and each has been great. I prefer the 2-bed suites if they are available, but the Michelangelo room is very large for a king room. I am not a fan of the bathroom in the Michelangelo room, but it is sufficient. This time around we spent 3 nights in the Michelangelo room and then we switched to the upper level 2-bedroom suite because we decided to extend our stay and that was what was avail. Then our flights home were delayed enough that we had to stay another night, so we were able to extended in the 2-bed suite and that was perfect. We were only two people traveling but the 2-bed suites have newer bathrooms and more room with the foyer area, kitchenette, & 2nd bedroom, which we did not really use, but having the space was nice. The family that runs this hotel is always accommodating and kind. They do everything they can to make sure you are comfortable and feel at home. It is not an "American" style hotel with room service and bellmen, etc, but the authentic feeling of staying in an old building in the center of Rome is what we prefer. I have seen some reviews mention the noise - we do not feel that it is a drawback because when you stay right off a popular piazza it will be busy - the windows do drown out the noise and we enjoyed the convenience. I suppose if you have lived in a quiet suburb or country area your whole life, this may be noisy, but we welcomed the "activity" and everything being walkable.

Great family base for sightseeing.
We stayed in a quadruple family room with lots of space. Clean, comfortable and excellent location. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The only negative was the stairs, we didn’t realize there was no elevator when we booked but the staff helped us carry our bags.

L’hôtel est parfaitement situé, il se trouve à deux pas de la piazza Navona. Les chambres sont assez spacieuses pour Rome, bien équipées et très propres. Les lits sont confortables, l’accueil est très sympa. Le seul bémol (mais je préviens toute suite que ce n’est pas la faute de l’hôtel, l’hôtel est parfait), la rue est assez brouillante la nuit. Nous avons entendu la musique des terrasses jusqu’à 1h30-2h du matin.

Espectacular ubicación y calidad en Plaza Navona
El lugar es espectacular, a metros de Plaza Navona, cerca de las principales atracciones turísticas. El hotel muy cómodo, nosotros éramos 4 adultos. Rodeado de restaurantes, bares y cosas para hacer. Marco estuvo en permanente contacto con nosotros por lo que pudiéramos necesitar. Totalmente recomendable

Location of this little boutique hotel is fabulous a few steps from Piazza Navona. The room was so cute and the little outdoor patio was fabulous. There are a good bit of steps but they were helpful getting our luggage upstairs. The bathroom is tiny but nice. If you are tall or very large, the shower would be a challenge. Loved staying here!

The location was amazing for walking to everything we wanted to see. The staff was friendly and helpful. The street noise is WAY too much with live loud music until approx midnight. Given the noise, I would not book here again.

The room was spacious and clean, but it was a chore getting luggage up the two long staircases. The windows, while large, opened onto an air shaft. The remote for the air conditioning was temperamental. No real reception area. One person a few hours each day. It was a nice room, but not worth the high price.

Hi Patrick.We were delighted to host you.There is a flight of stairs to get to the room you have booked.The windows look inside, onto a very large cloister, where there are other entrances, a large terrace with another room and other rooms, and away from traffic noise.For this reason the room is very silent.It may happen that the remote control batteries run out, and the batteries have been changed.We have a reception, but for your convenience and not to get tired, we welcome you directly to your room.We are a guest house, not a hotel with a 24-hour reception.We are always reachable by phone or Whatsapp, at any time of the day or night, for any request.We will be happy to host you on your next trip to Rome.See you soon.

Overall not great. Location is outstanding because everything you want to see is close by and there are a lot of good restaurants around it. Downhill from there. Not a good place to stay if you have anything more than a backpack or small roller bag because the reception is 5 flights up steep narrow dangerous marble steps. Room had no windows other than door to a “balcony” which was a table and chairs surrounded by air conditioners for every nearby room/apartment. I’m 6’ tall and 180 lbs and barely fit in the 2’ square shower. While it was clean, this place is budget at best.

Everything was great. The owners were very helpful. Our room was comfy and the location was great. There were a lot of stairs but Marco carried our bags up for us and helped us out with a map of Rome.

This is a small hotel, which I did not appreciate when I booked it. It is family run, and comprised of 4 or 5 rooms on one floor of what appears to be a multi-use building. Marco, the owner's son, met us at the desk when we arrived. The communication was very efficient and friendly, and I appreciated the what's app messaging starting 1-2 days prior to our arrival, which helped to smooth the trip to the hotel from the train station. My only two complaints are one: our room only had one window, and the room was a bit on the dark side, and two: the shower nozzle is a bit uneven. But overall, this place was great--Marco made a great suggestion for dinner right around the corner. Location is awesome, and they helped us w/ transpo to the airport, which was much appreciated.

Location was amazing. Check in was very easy with provided instructions and staff was very friendly. Sound proofing was very very good Room was very clean. The electric pump in the bathroom would run whenever water was run (shower/sink/toilet) and there was always a sewage smell in the bathroom and hotel room if bathroom door wasn't closed. Other than the smell, everything was perfect.

The staff at the hotel was very kind but besides that, the room was in poor condition. The springs on the bed could be felt thru the mattress. I have a bad back which made our stay unbearable. The bunk bed ladder came completely off when my son tried to get up. And the stairs as per other reviews, are a lot.

Close to Piazza Navona. Lots and lots of stairs to climb. Ample sized for 3. But 4 would have been a stretch. Right in the heart of some great restaurants. Gelato shop right outside the door. Easy to communicate with management thru Whatsapp. Taxi stand close by

The property, location and staff EXCELLENT, we had only one tinny inconvenience with a super small shower! That can and should be fixed. Other than that it was an amazing stay. Oh and they should upgrade pillows lol!

For anyone comes to Italy, you should stay in this place. It just wonderful. The staff is warm and very helpful. As other people pointed out, the only issue could be there is no elevator. But you can always ask the staff for help. I am so glad I booked this. And I will sure be back here whenever I am in Rome.
