Amazing stay in hot July!
Our stay was amazing, we were so lucky that the hotel accepted our request of a view of the basilica. The room was large and very clean, the AC was working fine and was much needed in the month of July with the heatwave in Rome. The staff and the area around the hotel was so lovely, everybody was super hospitable and kind. Yes, there is a hill to walk up to the hotel, but me and my family found it was easiest to jump on Lime electric scooters for when we were too tired or too hot to walk back up! Overall left with nothing but nice things to say about this hotel! Thank you for having us!

Excellent rapport qualité/ prix! Bien situé pour le train (vers centre ville ou aéroport). Belle épicerie près et de bons restaurants. Le service était impeccable. C’est un beau site.

The bathroom in the room I had a strong odor of sulfer. It was difficult to get in and out of building because of construction. Staff was helpful.

I have an okay experience at this place, some of the stuff was a bit rude, especially the lady at the bar area, other than that the place is a bit far from everything and there’s not restaurant around to eat, you have to either walk for about 30 min or take an Uber. The rooms are really clean and comfortable.

Thank you, Chiara, Matheo, Andreo, for checking in and checking out easy, courteous, and friendly. All staff were super helpful and cheerful. Thanks for offering a good room with a good view. Some soundproofing would be great to install. Otherwise, the hotel was quiet at night, and the guests' rules were in place afterward 11pm. The breakfast buffet was good. The location was fantastic and close to lots of landmarks. I highly recommend this hotel 👍

I really loved the location. I was able to walk everywhere. There were great shops and restaurants around. The staff was so pleasant and helpful. They made sure we got a taxi. The cleaning crew was so nice. The bar was nice and had a good selection.

Very good location walking distance from the Vatican. Nice and quiet neighbourhood. Friendly staff especially receptionist Christina was very helpfull.

O hotel em geral é bom, mas as atendentes italianas dão a impressão de não gostar de latinos. Vi uma pessoa italiana sendo recebida com muito mais simpatia que nós e hóspedes africanos.

We booked two rooms, both were meant to have city views. However we were provided with only one room with balcony and city view. Rooms - rooms were spacious, a bit old look, floors needed a clean. In our room - the bathroom window shutter couldnt close, so we didnt have privacy for 2 days out of 3. However, the two rooms were next to each other so worked out ok. Positives - Spacious rooms, comfortable beds, enough storage for bags. Safe area and hotel if looking for accommodation with kids. Amazing location, very close to Vatican city, bus stop, train station and hop on hop off bus stop. Its close to Michael St Angelo castle as well. Buses available from Rome city during day and late night. The hotel has a restaurant- good breakfast in the morning. The hotel has a cafe - amazing coffee. They offer car parking spots based on availability. Lot of cafes in the area. Near Vatican City there are lot of restaurants. We preferred them over restaurants in Trevi.

It was close to some attractions. The breakfast and coffee service provided in the dining area was not very good.

The hotel was in a quiet area close to Vatican city however further away from some of the other main attractions. I could hear the next doors alarm going off every 30 mins which started at 5am. Cleaners then knocked on the door at 8am despite check out not being till 10. Wouldn't recommend if your a light sleeper

The property is attractive and well-situated. Unfortunately, this place is managed by an agency. I required the sofa bed as it was mentioned in the description, but they charged me an additional 15 euros because I didn't request it in advance, even though they never stated that I had to make a request.

Almost great
On the small side - but this is what you get in city centre in this price range. Excellent AC. Clean and good location close to the Vatican. The mattress was not comfortable at all and this is my only complaint about this room.

Difícil encontrar opciones para llegar en transporte hasta el hotel, la subida es pesada y por la noche un poco inseguro ya que la zona está sola. El hotel es bastante viejo, la ventaja es que es muy cercano al Vaticano y basílica de san Pedro. Pedí una plancha pero no me la prestaron para el cuarto, hay que planchar en un pasillo lo cual me incómodo mucho

I will not book it again (old and no views)
View: The main reason of booking this hotel was the view. Which it did not exist but which I still paid. Status of room: The room itself seems that it was not upgraded since it was built (see pictures). Bed: The double bed were 2 beds next to each other which on top of not being confortable the position was covering the plugs (now behind the bed) which led that we only had one available plug to charge our devices... Location: Yes the train station is 10 minutes walk, and yes there is a local bus station. BUT the Metro/tube is 30 minutes walking, the bus runs once every half hour (if you are lucky) and the place is up hill. I have to admit I should have investigated more so the location and connections is my fault.

The property was very old and the room was dirty and old as well. The bathroom was not cleaned and the walls had mold all over. This hotel should not have a 3 stars rating.
