Had a great time staying here!
Had a lovely stay at Alexandra. Really friendly staff who welcomed us and gave us recommendations for things to experience in Rome. The rooms were clean and modern and the noise from the street was minimal. The hotel is close to most of the attractions and if they’re not, there is only a short 2 minute walk down to Piazza Barberini where you can take a taxi. There is also allot of great shops and restaurants nearby, so I would definitely stay at hotel Alexandra again some day. 😊

Bra opphold på hyggelig hotell
Trygt og hyggelig hotell med nydelig beliggenhet. Gangavstand severdigheter som Fontana Di Trevi og Spansketrappen, og nærme shoppinggater som Via del Corso. 50 meter til metrostasjonen Barberini. Rent og ryddig. De fleste av personalet var hyggelige og serviceinnstilte. Litt harde senger. Frokosten var litt skuffende, men helt ok til 8 euro. Alt i alt er vi fornøyde.

Kjempe koselig hotel.
Innsjekkingen gikk fort og uten problemer. De ansatte var utrolig høflige. Rommene var fine og badet lyst og fint. For noen så er kanskje sengene litt harde, men jeg sov godt i de. Frokosten var bra, men kanskje litt lite utvalg i pålegg. Men ikke noe å klage på. Vi oppbevarte bagasjen vår på hotellet etter utsjekking uten problemer. Og de skaffet oss skyss til flyplassen til rimelig pris. Hotellet litt perfekt til. Vi gikk til alle severdigheter. Mesteparten var innen 10-15 minutter, og Vatikanet var også innen gådistanse.

Godt og personlig
Perfekt beliggenhet for oss. God service på alle plan, grei frokost og rent og fint over alt. Litt harde madrasser, men vi er godt vant i Norge. Vi hadde flotte dager i Roma og ønsker oss tilbake en annen gang. Dette hotellet kan anbefales for de som vil bo sentralt og med gangavstand til mange av serverdighetene i Roma.

Gammelt hotell, nært mange attraksjoner i Roma
Fint gammelt hotell, nærhet til mange av Romas attraksjoner, men ligger likevel i en still gate. Hotellet er gammelt og bærer litt preg av det, frokosten er nok ikke på min topp 10 liste, men enkel og helt ok. Bor gjerne her igjen visst vi skal til Roma igjen,

Strålende fornøyd.
Fantastisk hotell med meget bra service! Veldig bra beliggenhet, kunne gå til det meste. Utrulig fornøyd, og kommer gjerne tilbake. Vi fikk stort rom, med en skikkelig kingsize seng. Rent og flott! Eneste minuset var frokosten, som ikke var så veldig bra, men det hadde ikke noe å si for oss da vi valgte å heller spise lunsj ute. Fantastisk opphold!

Moldy and no air condition
- Some rooms are renovated, but most are very old and worn. Don't risk getting one of the old ones, stay somewhere else. And in the new rooms they will cut all powe to air condition at night. All pictures of hotel rooms are of course from the renovated rooms. - Bath room door couldn't be closed as it was broken. And made very loud sound when closing such that if going to bath room at night the other one woke up. (Not a light sleeper.) - They cut all power to air condition at night to save money. Even if it is 34 degree Celcius outside.. (94 Fahrenheit) Resulting in an extremely hot room and many hours lost sleep during the week. - Bath room was full of molds on ceiling, walls and between tiles. When complaining they brushed away worst parts and said it was "fixed". - After a couple of minutes without air condition you can smell the molds. Molds can affect your lunges and they will be damaged forever... Stayed 7 nights. After complaining again we were moved to a new room two days after (fourth night) since the hotel was full. This room was renovated and much better standard. But that doesn't help when you have no air condition and it is so hot outside. Breakfast is ok, but very little selection and more than half of everything are cakes and sweets. Don't use the hotel transport. They arrived 30 minutes late at the airport.

Valuta for pengene.
Et veldig sentralt hotell til det meste. Grei frokostbuffé, men minus for pulvereggerøre. Rom ut mot hovedgaten anbefales ikke da det var mye trafikkstøy så det var ikke mulig å ha vinduet åpent om natten. Hyggelig betjening og rent og pent på rommet. Veldig kjekt med muligheten for å lage seg en kopp kaffe eller te med vannkoker og et utvalg av te og kaffe. Et gammelt hotell med sjel. Synes vi fikk mye for pengene.

A so-so hotel
We went on a vacation with another couple. We received a newly refurbished room which would have scored between 4 and 5 on all categories. The other couple got a room on the 5th floor with a tiny bathroom. In the bathroom there was mildew in the shower, and the whole room was kind of worn down.

Excelente! Passei 5 dias incríveis. O hotel é excelente, próximo da estação de metro (1 minuto caminhando). Tem varias opções de restaurantes e bares próximos, muito seguro. A Fontana de Trevi fica a 9 minutos caminhando e você consegue visitar a maioria dos pontos turísticos caminhando. O café da manhã é muito bom, com diversas opções salgadas e doces. Recomendo!

The only good thing about this hotel is the location. The rooms are so small. I reserved what I thought was a spacious room and it was just the smallest one and my view was a wall, really bad for a VIP status.

The hotel is old but cute. The breakfast is good and the staff was very helpful. The room was a little small but it had what we needed. It is walking distance to many tourist attractions and there are lots of restaurants and stores to shop.

The hotel has a perfect location and the staff is wonderful. This is a small boutique property that’s family owned and operated. Although it’s very clean it could benefit from more attention to detail in things like floor polishing and overall care of the public areas. My room was beautiful with a small balcony overlooking Via Veneto I really feel like a little more care to the shine of the beautiful marble and iron railings as well as the vintage woodwork. Overall very satisfied with this hotel and even the breakfast was wonderful every day!

Cuidado pois as a avaliações desse hotel é referente a sua localização, e não ao hotel em si. O hotel bastante fraco, velho e sem estrutura. A mobília é muito antiga e o termostatus do quarto não funciona. O banheiro é minúsculo, o sanitário fica em baixo da pia praticamente, horrível. Certamente, não recomendo este hotel.

Otelin konumu o kadar iyiydi ki ben gidene kadar farkına varmamıstım.Roma genelde yürüyerek keşfedilen bir şehir ve otel tüm turistik yerlerin ortasında resmen.Çok yoruldugumuz günlerde otele uğrayıp dinlendik enerjı topladık sonra gezmeye kaldığımız yerden devam ettik.Bu arada otelin hemen önünde barberini metrosu var.son gün 24 saatlık metro kartı alıp kolezyum ve ispanyol merdivenlerini tekrar ziyaret ettik.Ve daha önemlisi termini tren istasyonuna iki durak uzakta.Sabah ucagımıza cok rahat sekılde stressiz şekilde ulaştık.Otelin çalışanları da çok kibar, güler yüzlüydü.(Her konuda ilgiliydiler adres, metro kullanımı , müze randevuları )

Perfect location in the beautiful Via Veneto, a safe area. Near to different attractions, shopping, transportation, and restaurants. But the hotel needs some love. The bathtub curtain is a joke; I am pretty sure they can install a regular one without spending much money; the carpets look dirty. The hotel is beautiful, as is the furniture, but the closets are smelly. They need a renovation, painting the walls would be amazing. As I said, the hotel is beautiful. It just needs some love, and for the price, they should do it.

Only thing I did not like was “Stairs” with my luggage!

The staff was so nice and helpful. Room was nice and clean Breakfast was all so nice with a nice Variety.
