Excellent!!
Stayed here 4 nights in december 2015. I travelled solo on a leisure trip. I booked this b&b based on good reviews on the net. And I can assure you: all good reviews are true. Everything in this place are perfect. Owner is very friendly and helpful; location is perfect; room is calm, big and quiet and breakfast is excellent. Next time in Rome I will definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Perfect B&B for Rome weekend!
My boyfriend and I had such an amazing time at Capricci Romani and in Rome. Massimo looked after us really well, served excellent breakfast and coffee, provided lots og great tips on Rome, organized Our airport transfer and was in general very friendly to talk to. His B&B is quiet, situated in the coolest old building, the rooms are spacious and the location is superb (5mni to St Peter's Basillica!) We didn't have much time, but were able to fit in heaps due to his advise on everything from where to buy entrance tickets without queing for hours, to where the Romans go out on a Saturday night. We would not hesitate to stay here again in the future. Price was also really good for Rome!

A wonderful stay, great location, lovely room worth all the amenities we needed. We loved the croissants left out for breakfast and the milk to make tea and coffee. Communicating via what's app was quick and easy. I wish all accommodation we stayed in was a pleasant as this and would happily recommend and stay again! Kids had 2 beds we had a king, fridge, and black out curtains. Air con and a charming lift to level 4.

Fantastic property within a 2km walk of most sites Very clean, nicely decorated and Mary, the manager was very helpful in explaining area. Great restaurants within 10 min walk and several markets right out the door. This is a guest house not a hotel so we felt like we were living in Italy! Although we did have daily housekeeping service. Use the address to locate, then ring the bell on the big brown door frame and you’ll have no difficulty. Fresh croissants and coffee available all the time. We’d definitely stay there again!. Eat nearby at Soffitta Renovato and Trattoria Alfredo de Ada.

A l’ecoute pour vous aider au mieux dans vos recherche. Très disponible pour toutes questions. La chambre est juste magnifique, les lits sont géants une salle externe a la chambre équipée (table chaise ect A 7 min de la navette pour l’aéroport et tout à proximité. Nous conseillons cette chambre vraiment.

La posizione della struttura eccellente. Molto apprezzata la.pulizia e i croissant offerti (anche se, da un punto di vista igienico, sarebbe stato meglio un confezionamento separato per camera). Abbiamo preso la stanza matrimoniale small ma l'accesso al letto non era molto comodo visto che un lato é quasi completamente attaccato al muro. Altro aspetto che lascia l'amaro in bocca la tassa di soggiorno richiesta in contanti pari a euro 7,00 anche se sul sito é indicata pari a euro 5,00 (dato da aggiornare sul sito).

Kahvaltı çok yetersiz bayat kruvasan var sadece. Resepsiyonda asla kimse yok. Check in saatimde geldiğimde resepsiyonist benim ayırttığım odada oturuyordu. Eşyalarını odaya koymuştu. Hizmet bakımından çok yetersiz. Sadece temizliği gayet iyi.

체크인 방법도 대화로 친절히 알려주시고, 아침마다 챙겨주는 크로아상도 맛있습니다. 바티칸 관광에 최적위치, 로마 시내에 접근성도 좋은 편이네요. 방이 좁지만, 금액대비 적절한듯하고 무엇보다 깨끗해서 너무 좋았습니다.

Nice value in Rome!
Enjoyed our stay at Capricci Romani in Rome. The hotel was a bit difficult to find at first, but the instructions provided by the hotel were accurate. Room itself was small (but I did expect this we booked the “economy room” but it was well laid out and space efficient. Nice storage space, comfy bed, and great bathroom. The hotel is kept modern, clean, is very comfortable. Air conditioning worked great, which was very nice for our stay. Overall this hotel was a great value for money for us. I think the price is completely reasonable and is a great option if you are ok with a slightly smaller (but comfortable) room in Rome.

Die Lage ist sehr gut, die wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten sind einfach zu Fuß erreichbar. Parkmöglichkeiten sind mit etwas Glück auch direkt neben der Unterkunft kostenlos zu erhalten. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilft bei wesentlichen Fragen zur Umgebung und Navigation weiter. Das Zimmer ist für drei Personen unter Umständen etwas klein. Wenn man allerdings ohnehin die meiste Zeit unterwegs verbringt, reicht es vollkommen aus. Im Bad waren hin und wieder kleine Ameisen aufzufinden, diese lassen sich aber auch für entspannte Gemüter einfach ignorieren. Insgesamt ist die Unterkunft schon recht hochwertig und hat den Rom Besuch atmosphärisch sehr gut ergänzt.

Price was very reasonable. You pay less than in the historic center, but you are very close. 15 minutes from the Vatican museum by foot, 30 minutes to the Colosseum. Taxi is very cheap to the main attractions, under 10 euros to Trevi. You have a Carrefour Express at the corner for a quick grocery. This is a nice and safe area with the Vatican walls right beside. A/C was functioning, water pressure was excellent. The only thing is this is more of a Airbnb type of rental. You are a bit on your own. Don’t expect a hotel with a full reception and all. You can reach them by WhatsApp if they are not present. Installations are minimal, but still satisfying.

Habitacion estupenda
Nos hemos alojado mis dos hijos y yo y nuestro estancia a sido estupendo, sin duda volveria a este alojamiento y recomendaria. Mary es un encanto y fue muy amable con nosotros, nos aconsejo en cada momento, habitaciom triple grande, muy limpia, camas comodas y un baño reformado con una buena ducha. Las fotos que publican son tal como son las habitaciones, si te gusta andar, todo esta bien comunicado al hotel

A lovely place to stay
Great location to sites & restaurants. (Note - we are walkers) The hosts are lovely and very helpful. They are only there limited hours, but I found them responsive to messages. Fortunately, we arrived when they were there, so checkin was very smooth. They bring in fresh croissants each morning and have tea & coffee available. The room was cute and innovative in how they separated the space (my teenagers were in 2 singles on one side of a wall; my husband & I in a double on the other side) There is also a communal kitchen with seating. The room & communal areas are very clean and inviting.

Beautiful room in terrific neighborhood
Everything was fine and lovely. The location was terrific--in the Borgo section across the Tiber River, a walking distance from the Vatican. Less crowded than in the center of town. The room was gorgeous and comfortable. My only nitpick comment: when I arrived at 11 pm at night after a long journey, I was greeted by a note with Checkout time. It would have been nice, if the note said WELCOME! And if it included Wifi information. Other than that, I highly recommend Capricci Romani.

From the moment we entered the room, we were captivated by its stunning design and utmost comfort. The room itself was a masterpiece of modern design, blending elegance with functionality. Great place to stay in Rome
Convenient location with lots of eateries and within walking distance to the Vatican Museum. Host was friendly and help with giving us map and where to walk to for food. One minor flaw is the elevator was out of order for a day and we have to use the stairs climbing up to 4th floor. Other than that, it was 5 star and I would defintely recommend this place to stay.
