Interessant og annerledes opplevelse av hotell! Meget elsverdig eiere/Drivere. Megt godt renhold og standard, men selvsagt spesielt med masse ting, bilder etc som interiør fra GAMMEL og ærverdig familiegård omgjort til leiligheter. Bad velutstyrt, men noe trangt og lite plass for å legge fra seg ting.

Very pleased
Very satisfying stay and very good hosts who live in the building. We used the service they offer with transportation and it’s also very easy. The beds where better than other I’ve slept in in Italy. Not so very hard as many others. It’s old, but it’s well kept and it’s a short distance to everything. We’re pleased with everything and will book it another time. Only thing we’re not so pleased with is that the door was “thin” and we heard absolutely everyone else outside it and noise. No outside noise, but then again, we lived in a room that face the backyard. We had a problem with cleaning and it was solved.

Perfect location for a trip to Rome
Great location, 300 ft from Trevi fountain. Great staff, helping out with what ever you ask about. Rooms have decent size and good comfort.

Fantastic stay in Rome
I can 100% recommend this charming hotel. I have never been taking so good care of in any hotel. Already from the booking date we had welcome mail from the owners and they was so helpful with everything, ordered transport from and to the airport. Recommended sightseeing, restaurants etc. Located 100 meters from the Trevi Fountain. Short walk to Spanish Steps, Pantheon, Colosseum, Forum Romanum, Palatino... actually everything was walk able . But good shoos is a must....you will need them :-)

Awesome location where we could walk everywhere in Rome, yet the room was a quiet respite from the crazy city. The staff were wonderful, and had arranged a driver to meet us at the airport, nice after a long international flight!

They were great and my daughter paid a surprise visit and they accommodated her as well. Very nice owners and staff. They not only cleaned the room but hung clothes and straightened up as well. Inexpensive and fab location. Love this place

The hotel is perfectly located in Rome right next to the Trevi Fountain and within minutes of the Spanish Steps. The staff were super helpful and made sure that I was welcomed when I got to the hotel late at night (around 9-10pm). Just make sure you have WhatsApp so they can contact you if there are questions. I didn't have an account, so they tried contacting me through Expedia's chat feature, which isn't available through the mobile app. Because of this we spent a good 10 minutes outside the locked door of the hotel before staff walked over to us from the taxi stop nearby where they'd been waiting for us (we took the metro train). Wonderful experience, and they had a bottle of wine waiting for us in the room. Unfortunately, we never got to drink it, due to our frequent excursions through town, but I'm sure the wine was excellent as well. Would book this place again. Make sure to try the gelaterias nearby!

A very nice boutique hotel in a great location. Very clean, everything worked, good wifi, secure and safe and quiet at night. I would definitely stay here again. Not a lot of bathroom amenities if you like that sort of thing. I'm so glad I stayed here. It's close to everything.

Room was clean and spacious. Checked in with ease and Zara went through all the things we needed to know about the hotel and went through all the historic sights on a map too. Hotel organised transfers to and from airport at 60e each way and was on time both times. It was a 2 minute walk from the Trevi Fountain which we spent ages at watching at night all the "influencers" spending hours getting the right photo. We never used any transport just walked everywhere with google maps. Colleseum was 20 min walk vatican 40 mins and everywhere else seemed to he 30 min walks. Highly recommend. If we came back to Rome we would stay again. Thank you!

The location of this property is hard to beat. So close to the Trevi Fountain. Easy walk to the Spanish steps. The neighborhood was also amazing with great little restaurants and shops and more gelato shops that I knew what to do with. The room was super comfortable and the bathroom had everything I needed. I'd be happy to stay here again.

As an 18 year old couple going abroad on our own for the first time, we could not have chosen a more perfect hotel. The staff were lovely, super clean, easy to get to from the airport and the location was absolutely perfect. Macarena was wonderful, with quick replies to any problems we had. I could not recommend a better place to stay!

This is a simply beautiful place to say just minutes walk to the most amazing Rome sites. We loved our time here. The room was wonderful and there was so much to do. This is a lovely little guesthouse. It's in a great location, within immediate vicinity of shops, restaurants, metro station and of course the Trivi Fountain. Inside it has the smallest lift I've ever seen, wonderful rooms with well sound-proofed windows; shower and wash facilities are great; bed is comfortable; and the whole place is spotlessly clean. I would definitely stay again and highly recommend it. I would also point out that one of the hosts, Macarena, reached out to us before our visit to get our arrival time and offer transfers, if we hadn't already booked. On arrival, she also sat with us and highlighted other places to see, good restaurants and which bus or metro connections to make.

Dangerous! The staff opened the door of my room while I was sleeping, for "a consultation." I don't recommend it if you want to sleep peacefully. I won't finish my reservation at the hotel, I hope they give me my money back

We really enjoy our stay at this hotel. In the middle of the action but yet when the room door is close you feel like nothing is going out outside. Walkable, tons of options to eat and close to the important sites in Rome. We really didn’t use any transportation but the day we arrived and left. Walked all over Rome. The hotel was clean, staff very helpful and friendly. I’ll stay in this hotel again whenever I get back to Rome.

I recently had a fantastic experience at Hotel Arpinelli Relais The receptionist,Zara incrediblly welcoming and efficient. Her friendly demeanor made check-in a breeze. The hotel itself exceeded expectations with clean, well-appointed rooms. I appreciate Zara's attentive service, contributing to a memorable stay. Walkable distance popular places. Highly recommended.

Spotless traditional Roman Building maintained by a family over five generations. Close walking distance to the Trevi fountain and Spanish Steps. The streets outside can get quite loud at no fault to anyone but the building is well insulated. Lots of places to eat and shopping right outside the doors.

Great location, super walkable. The bed was very comfortable. We did hear a lot of outdoor city noises each morning so recommend earplugs for those bothered by it.

Unfortunately a minimum amount of noise is expected to be tolerated because we are on the street that leads to the Trevi Fountain. We did everything in our power to soundproof the rooms by installing windows with the highest degree of soundproofing technology. Hope to welcome you again in the future!

Arpinelli Relais is an older property with an extremely friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is located only a couple minutes' walk from the Trevi Fountain and is in a prime tourist-friendly location. On the downside, the property is extremely dated and is not staffed 24/7. The mattresses are incredibly hard, and, worst of all, a nearby restaurant dumps literally hundreds of glass bottles into the recycling bin promptly at 7:15 every morning, so you will have a fixed wake-up time. Unless you're deaf, you will not sleep through it.

We are glad to read that you were satisfied with the staff and the property which is catalogued as a Guest House so the staff is at the reception during the check-in time but available through any other channel 24/7 including Expedia, Whatsapp and phone calls.
