This is a well maintained but bare bones facility with a fabulous location: walk through a short tunnel and you are inside the airport terminal! A lovely and relaxing way to start the day.

The hotel is a little run down with marks all over the walls, could do with a paint. No english breakfast tea or milk, or creamers but it was very convenient to catch my morning flight the next day.

It was sort of hard to find, not a lot of signage outside of the airport to know where to enter or that it’s on the second floor. The room and amenities were fine though.

The place is very convenient. Makes a departure point when you have an early flight. Too much air freshener in the rooms. It gives me headaches. Should have a fragrance free option.

For a solo traveler this was a great option for a overnight and especially for a early morning flight. It was modern, compact but perfectly outfitted. It was a 3 minute walk from Terminal 1, maybe 5 from Terminal 3. It is on the skybridge so it doesn't have its own address or shares one with the Hilton Hotel (at the beginning of the skybridge).

The ONLY good thing about this hotel is the convenience of the airport, everything else is poor, for the price I paid? 😭 not recommended. Go to Hilton

Hello Sky is connected to FCO, maki g it very convenient for catching a flight the next day. Breakfast and a noon checkout made it a stressfree stay.

We like HelloSky for the convenience for an early flight out of Rome Fiumicino. Unfortunately for our stay there were some other guests who let their kids "run wild" and it kept us up. We'd definitely try it again though just for the convenience alone.

Hallway to the hotel filled with homeless smoking in them, beds smelled like urine, bathroom floor was constantly wet with leaking water. Pillows were nothing but old foam that had zero support. We would have been more comfortable sleeping on the floors of the terminal. Didn’t even get to sleep it felt so dirty. Avoid and just stay at the Hilton

Hôtel très pratique situé au terminal de l aéroport. Par conséquent, l accés se fait en entrant dans l aéroport. Nous avons cherché un petit moment où était l entrée de l hôtel malgré qu on voyait l hôtel mais pas l entrée pour y accéder. Personnel très agréable. Chambre spatieuse et propre, tout comme la salle d eau. En revanche, je n ai jamais réussi à éteindre totalement la vmc... Donc nuit compliquée pour ma part, ayant le sommeil très léger. Heureusement que ce n était que pour une nuit. Mon compagnon a lui dormi comme un bébé. Literie confortable.

I wouldn’t recommend staying at this property. My room was very dirty, the sheets were stained, and the glass door in the shower area was missing. It seems like it got broken and never replaced. Therefore, couldn’t shower without water getting everywhere. The place was had a weird odor.

Great place to rest
Really useful location and fairly easy to get to. 10 minute walk to Security. Room was quiet and clean, a bit damaged but not surprising with people bringing bags through. Curtains/blinds could have been better but it didn't affect our sleep. We d stay here again.

Conveniently located in a walking distance from terminals of Rome Airport. Ive had 1 night stay in a small twin-bed room with private shower. It was comfortable and relaxing time between my 2 flights. I came to the hotel late at night (at around 2am) and leftcin a morning (at around 11am). The stuff at the reception was very friendly and accomodative. Breakfast was nice with limited options of food, but still enough to start your day.

ótima experiência, muito próximo dos restaurantes eataly e rosso pomodoro, além do checkin da ITA airways. Os amenities foram satistatórios, com shampoo cheirosos, sabonete intimo, touca, lacinho de cabelo, lixa de unha, hastes flexiveis, escova e creme dental...e o café da manha simples, mas muito gostoso.

The thermostat would not cool the room. It stayed at 75 degrees F the whole time. The noise for the galley outside the room continued from 9pm to 12am.

It made our long journey back from Italy to Los Angeles much easier than it would have. We were there after restaurant hours so we had to walk a bit to eat, but the staff was nice. I would absolutely stay there again.

The room was quiet, comfortable and clean but very small and spartan. There isn't even a hook or rack for towels. No artwork - just plain walls. But the room is very convenient to the terminals. We expected better for the price.

Good: Very convenient location, 5 min walk from arrivals. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Bad: My room was noisy, I had to wear ear plugs to be able to sleep. It was draft from the windows which is super close to the bed so it made it quite cold The tv was setup to turn on at 5:15 and 6:15 which completely defeated the purpose I got the room in the first place, to be able to get some sleep between my flights.
