Come relax and feel right at home at our spacious and comfortable retreat. Our home is perfect for families, groups traveling for leisure or special occasions. With 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, 2 living rooms, a dining room, a finished basement and a large backyard oasis, there will never be a need for space.

Centrally located . 390 expressway & the Ontario State Pkwy are down the street. Charlotte Beach is a quick ride away. Wegmans, Walmart, restaurants & the mall are a 5 minute drive.

Our home is perfect for entertaining. Gather your family and friends here and make everlasting memories that you won't ever forget.

The space is perfect for 8 guests and kids of all ages. We have 4 bedrooms upstairs on the second floor (master queen sized bedroom with a full ensuite bathroom, two bedrooms with double beds and another bedroom with two twin beds), a second full bath also on the second floor, 2 living room spaces, a dining room, fully equipped eat-in kitchen and a half bath on the main floor and a finished basement with laundry and a large backyard with outdoor patio furniture in the warmer months.

If you need to work from home during your stay, there is a desk available for use in the master bedroom.

We have 3 TV’s in the home. There is a 32 inch ROKU TV in the living room right off of the main entrance, a 65 inch ROKU TV in the primary living room off of the kitchen and a 40 inch ROKU TV in the master bedroom.

The finished basement is the perfect space for kids to run around and release energy. We also have a few board games, arts and crafts and a foosball table to help make their time be more enjoyable.

We accept pets on a case-by-case basis.

Guests have access to the entire house. There is also a 2-car garage that is available to guests during their stay.

**There is no smoking in the home or the garage. No parties or large gatherings allowed. There is no street parking. We can accommodate up to 5 cars max in the drive way.**

Pets are accepted on a case-by-case basis with an extra fee. Please respect our home as if it were your own.
