Please forgive the parking issue and timeliness of your check in. Our check in time is 4:00pm and we will research this issue for you. If you were to ask any person living, working or visiting the Rochester area, the parking would rank in the top three spots of any conversation. Two new parking garages are being built this year!

We had the team rearranging the seating everyday as the pool seating 'migrates' throughout the day when we are at full capacity. Please accept our apology if this was not available for you. We appreciate your comments on the prior to 9:00am door knock and have corrected this situation with Housekeeping.
