We absolutely LOVED the Viking kitchen stove since we cook quite often, and the large shower was wonderful and luxurious! She was available for helping answer questions, help us get into the property gate, etc. she was very kind and prompt with her replies ...

«I stayed at 5 nights while in Memphis for a visit with my son and his family. I wanted to give them space but be close by and this was the perfect place for me - it was quiet, safe, comfortable, bed was great, internet was fast and had all the conveniences I needed. I was able to have food on hand for stacks, dried out my clothes when I got caught in the rain and was able to work part of the time. «This place photographs a bit better than it actually is, especially the bathroom. The bathroom needs a total renovation. I didn't even want to get in the tub. Backyard needs to be cleaned up and kept that way. In bedroom there is only one curtain panel per window rather than the 2 per window, a savings that makes the room look cheap. The living room and kitchenette were fine. The location is close to park and looks like the neighborhood is improving»

«Home was very clean and well kept. Nice kitchen and living area. Beds were ok. Only problem was the 4th bedroom is outside. It is part of the patio that has been enclosed. We had to leave the back door unlocked in case that person had to come in to use the bathroom at night. And you would get wet if it was raining. Host came over to help unlock everything when the first of our party got there and was very helpful! Would stay there again if we only needed 3 bedrooms.»

«The location of the house is not what was described. It's off a dirt road, with no lights or an address off the street. Its behind a large, heavy metal gate which is hard to pull by yourself to lock it up. The house is back behind two houses and the pictures show a brown house but it's white. The house was not clean. The floors were super sticky, mold in on the shower curtain, dead bugs behind the bed and the cabinets. The master bathroom shower went from hot to cold but nothing in between. ...

«The property was great! Cute apartment, felt very safe. Easy to get to places. The only downside, and it was a big one, was the neighborhood noise. The bar directly behind was so loud on a Thursday night the walls were shaking.»
