The host was there at the home to great us and answer any questions we had. The concierge as help with booking round-trip airport transportation from and to the Tulum airport. «The house is better than the pictures. The pool and hot tub were perfect. You’re on the beach. They even had caretakers there who did the cleaning and some cooking for us. Couldn’t say enough about how helpful and nice they were. The master bedroom set up was terrific. Comfortable beds, huge house. The morning sun and the beautiful sunrises were refreshing, including the splash in the pool. The cleaning crew was amazing, always smiling and flexible.
