I booked a 1 king bed room, when I got there to check in they stated there was an issue with the room and ended up giving me a 2 double bed room. For same price so that was good, but front desk stated they called and left me a voicemail. I asked what number they called because I never received a call or voicemail. They had a total different number, than what is on my profile and what i put in when booking. Morning we heard dogs barking, people screaming. the area is not nice at all. Only perk is it is right by the freeway. I wouldn't book again.

Let me start by saying I booked a room here for two people. There was only one towel in the room and when I asked for another she looked at me like I was crazy! When I was checking in and the owners daughter gave me my key for the room she never said it was non smoking room. I figured no worries I don’t like to smoke in the room anyways so the rest of that day I would step outside to smoke in my car. At check out she refused to give me my$20 deposit because she said it smelled like smoke when I never once smoked in the room and she seen me all day smoking outside the room. She was rude and called me a dirty Mexican!!! Worst hotel ever

Barebones establishment that gets the job done . Best suited for a single individual (dare I say male ) , but I would not recommend for a family. It’s in a sketchy pocket with sketchy individuals, but most everyone keeps to themselves . Parking is first come first serve and does have a light at night . The room itself was rather big and clean , but the actual fabric was stained from past use. There was also no daily housekeeping , breakfast, or walk-in lobby.

One night business trip. No towels in room. Extremely hot, took hours for ac to cool it off (barely). Mattress was not comfortable, old and lumpy. For a last minute one night stay I give it a grade of C. Next time I will look elsewhere.

Do NOT stay here- sketchy part of town and dirty
They would not take my original booking credit card- They have NO pin pad available- wanted another card- NO. The lobby is closed to anyone- mid day through a 2foot hole- looked like a jail visiting window. the place is in a totally sketchy part of town- all places have iron gates on windows. This is NOT a place you will want to be.

Dear guest, Please note, we have appropriate facilities to process our guest's Check-ins and Check-outs. Pre-paid reservation are easy to process since those are prepaid. To process non-prepaid reservations, we need guest's credit card information. Your reservation was Non-Prepaid and there was no booking credit card or Virtual card information available. Hence your credit card information was required to process your check-in procedure. It is was your decision not to provide your card information to us hence we were unable to check-in you without the payment. Also, we have been living in this neibourhood for a years and we never had experienced any issues so far. We are very well concern about our guest's safety and hospitality and due to COVID-19 concern, we do all procedures through the window(protected with two layers of glasses)in order to control spreading. It would seem more wiser if you stop making false assumptions and judgements towards the properties you haven't even stayed at.Thank you !
